Best restaurant around Mernda and Doreen area. If you are making a decision between a something else and slices. I’d recommend choosing Slices. You would not regret it.

We waited an hour for our food! When I went to check where it was, it was just sitting under the heat lamps for God knows how long.
Terrible service, no customer service. Didn't care about us 1 bit!

Absolutely pathetic if they are consistently ADVERTISING FOR STAFF WEEK IN AAND WEEK OUT. THEY WANT THEIR JUNIOR STAFF TO DELIVER IN THEIR OWN CARS AND NOT PAY THEM EXTRA FOR IT. NO WAY MY KIDS ARE WORKING HERE

We have had several visits to Slices now & have always found the meals to be very good as they were this time.
However we found it very uncomfortable to enjoy our stay this time due to the children attending a function upstairs constantly screaming, running up & down the stairs and in & out of the lift. Management need to address this immediately as it’s happening so that all diners downstairs can enjoy their stay.
We also found this time that once we had coffee, even though we continued to sit & chat, we weren’t offered any further drinks or service. Pretty poor!

Food was good, however service was terrible. We had a booking for 7.15pm only to arrive then wait 25 minutes for the table to be set. After the meals were finished and table eventually cleared we were expecting to be asked if we wanted coffees and to see the desert menu, how wrong were we. This never occurred and we eventually approached the counter to request to see the desert menu, once we finally ordered desert only two were brought to the table in a timely manner. With the restaurant now closed we once again approached staff for the remaining deserts. Overall a poor experience.

I've tried a lot of the menu and I have loved everything! Prices are good for the quality. Staff is super friendly and coffee was lovely.

Try the vegan stack it is amazing and full of flavour plus great price!

Amazing coffee! Also their desserts are so tasty. Lemon Meringue and Brownie slice are my favourite.

We ordered Slices Catering for my partner and i's engagement party and let me tell you, the food was a hit with everyone! The sliders were full of flavour and juicy, the s&p calamari was perfect! The arracini balls were also amazing! We also had a round of pizzas which were also perfect! We highly recommend slices for any catering orders!

Last time I came to this place in the morning had a cup of so delicious cappuccino with caramel and so yummy lemon meringue so so yummy one of the best that I had ever tried and huge it’s for 2 people honestly. I felt that I was in 5 stars hotel very clean and the staff are so polite and friendly.and tonight we had pizza that is amazing I couldn’t stop my self from closing my eyes to feel the beautiful taste of the cheese I wanted to go thank the chef but I couldn’t stop eating I just added a bit of salt? And we asked for olive oil they brought two for us.oh and we sat outside it was sooo nice experience

Really pleasant attentive staff, good coffee (we had two each) and the food was absolutely delicious. Their Spanish Baked eggs are addictive

Amazing service and we just walked in without a booking. They were super busy but very accommodating, Jason our waiter was amazing!
Food was also delicious.

Would give 3 stars if not for chelsie. She is the most outstanding and friendly waitress i have ever met. Deserves a raise that girl.the focaccia was a delight

Just had a margarita pizza it was the best I have had in ages plenty cheese and crust nice n thin how I requested it

Definitely, not going back for Father’s Day breakfast. Took forever to get into are table even though we gave a booking. They put everyone in the second floor for breakfast where the noice was ridiculous and there was not a lot of distance between tables so we have to put up with a kid crying fir more than hour and a half. In addition to that, it took more than 40 minutes to get the food serve, and eggs were almost raw.

It was very busy on the night we visited so there was quite a wait for our pizzas. When the pizzas and salad did arrive they looked and tasted so good. My brother and sister had the calamari salad which they also very much enjoyed. Everyone left feeling very satisfied with their meal thanks!

WOW we cant thank you and the team enough for making my son's communion a special night. The venue, the set up, the staff and the food was absolutely amazing. Jo was very helpful in assisting us organize the event. We seriously cant thank Jo, Corey and Mason enough for a great night. Nothing was a problem, they checked in to see if everything was going well, very professional. We definitely will be back for more family functions THANK YOU

Very professional and friendly staff who are really on the job properly. They are all engaging and present and run everything like clockwork. They offered dessert and tea/coffee at the end. Having worked in hospitality, if I'm being very strict, the only thing missing was a follow up quality check shortly after the meals arrived. Food was very good and served quickly. Atmosphere was warm and pleasing, music not too loud so we can still talk and relax. Place was immaculate. I appreciated very much the option of being able to order 'old school' by talking to a person and not just through an app at the table. You can still get the 'in person' interactive experience there.

Not so good! The pizza tastes like you have put some ham between a bread! Very juicy, no taste, and there was no cheese almost!
The olive had the seed, it could have broken my tooth! I got the Family size
