We went to Emilie at Sleepy Willow to have my sons newborn photos done. My little guy was born a month prem and is my first baby, so I'm super protective of him, and she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her ability, not only to photograph him, but also in her care and attention to my little boy. His photos are absolutely gorgeous, and I am so, so happy we chose her to capture this precious moment in his life. We'll definitely be back for future milestones in his life! Highly recommended.

Emilie was recommended to myself through another photographer, after months of research, calls and googling! I bit the bullet and booked my newborn photos, at this time we were in and out of lockdown so we have had to postpone our newborn photos.

So professional and you can genuinely see she has a passion for what she does. She handled my baby with such care, and I swear she is a baby whisperer - hubby and I both left with tips on how to settle our baby! Her studio is warm and inviting, with endless amounts of props for baby and coffee and snacks for the parents. I will definitely be back in the future with baby number 2.

From the moment I spoke to Emilie on the phone, I knew she was going to be a wonderful photographer. She was so patient and kind, and provided clear detail on her style, the different packages to choose from, how the session would run and she genuinely listened to what we were hoping to achieve.

Her studio is beautiful and light, with a gorgeous props and materials section. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable from the start, even having snacks and drinks on hand (which my husband was grateful for). She has an absolute magic touch with babies, and our 3 hour session felt like it flew by because I couldn't look away from how she would gently position my baby girl into the most enchanting poses. She was also so patient whenever my baby needed to be settled, fed or changed. I loved picking up tips on how to settle her just from watching Em with her.

The photos themselves are beyond anything I could have hoped for, and I find myself looking at them often with wonder. Thank you so much Emilie, we can't wait to have you photograph our daughter as she grows up!

Very nice studio, Emilie has all the experience one needs to take amazing newborn photos. As someone who used to take photos and did some retouching work I also love the fact of that her photos look as natural as possible - no excess retouching on the skin and whatsoever. My family and I absolutely love all the photos we got.

Emilie was amazing, she was so patient with our little one and we couldn’t be happier with the photos. She gives so much variety it was hard to narrow it down! Her studio was comfortable and warm and she was so welcoming. Definitely worth it for some beautiful memories of our newborn.

Emilie did a really great work! She was really good with the bub how she worked around him. And not only our Photos came out amazing but also the printed photos were gorgeous. I recommend this studio if you live in eastern suburb!
