The team here at Slater & Gordon are absolutely amazing, they were communicative and always kept me up to date on the case. They made it really smooth and seamless and clarified anything I was unsure of. After my transport accident I was so unsure of what to do next, after contacting the team they immediately set to help me and give me options of what I could do, really gave me the help and direction of what to do next.

Oblivious, dismissive, impersonal, ironic and unacceptable. MVA team or MIA team? I alerted my "team" to something being missed and kindly ask them to check that with TAC and got blown off with some generalisation about all their other clients and how long they wait, at a time when I got messed about in spectacular fashion by one of my therapists due to issues in their workplace which they fully acknowledged and made amends. I just asked them for one super basic bit of help, to check one thing which could have just been a very brief letter, email or phone call. But it was too much for them. In November when I ended up just having to do it myself, TAC actioned it immediately, saying that they'd "just found it". The irony is that TAC treated me better. The document was submitted to TAC in May and I brought it up with S&G in September, if not even earlier as well. TAC has always processed my treatments plans quickly and I think that's because I'm a full time carer with a child with a severe disability. Don't expect any special consideration from this lot though. I'm just glad my eyes were opened before they could do damage by selling me short down the track as well. I was offered to do a dispute with TAC regarding the document but the horse had bolted because so much time had passed that it was not even an appropriate course of action to take. They're disconnected to clients who they probably think must be stupid people to some degree because they're experiencing difficulties in life.

I am a stroke survivor and life seemed bleak until I contacted Slater and Gordon to enquire about the possibility of claiming my Super Aannuation without a clue as to what I needed to do or wether or not it was even possible. I was contacted by Team members for the initial consultation before I was contacted by Nolene whom I explained my situation to. Nolene took the time to listen and without making any promises, took the information and within a week, I was advised of the possibility that I had a claim. This process of gathering the required information ready to be submitted took over a year which by no means fault of Nolene, rather, my own mental state of fear along with health challenges that delayed things a bit.
