I took some time to write this review for Dean Charalambous and his associate, Danielle Lee as it deserves a lot of thought and time, just like they have given me. They have been incredible from the get go, their level of care, kindness, attention to detail, absolute professionalism and knowledge. Dean has been tirelessly working on my case, along with the utmost organised behind the scene administrative workload that Danielle manages with my file. My case was very complex, where acute PTSD was acquired as a result of a workplace negligence. Dean, Danielle and their Barrister stood by me, believed me and supported me the whole way through, even after the hearings. Having seen Dean working extraordinarily hard through his day offs, weekends, holidays, and evenings on my case (and no doubt, his other clients), I can only say if you are ever in need of a Lawyer who cares and just doesn't say they do, and who will go above and beyond for his client, Dean Charalambous at the Epping branch of Slater & Gordon is who you need to speak with, you will not be disappointed.

We had excellent service from Slater and Gordon for our personal injuries claim during the very difficult COVID lockdown. We were treated with great understanding and the advice recived was of a very high standard. Very satasfied thankyou so much Slater and Gordon.

No win no fee. What a scam. Don't even think about going to them. Promised me 1130 weeks back pay starting offer 2 years later one week before my court hearing I'm told/adviced to accept 12 weeks back pay. Not even a figure just accept. When I declined the offer i was dropped as a client four business days before court appearance. Was told i was un reasonable and they had a clause in the No win No Fee contract to do so. Obviously this is a scam, they have no intention to go to court they mount up the billing hours and bully you into accepting what they tell you to. They call this legal advice. What a joke. Similar to Used car sales men selling you finance at ridiculously high interest rates. My legal representatives were Marc Tenninghoff and the muscle who came into the picture in the last 30 days before trial was Alisha Mascara whom in the two years i was being represented by Slater and Gordon (Marc Tenninghoff) i had never met or spoken to. And still haven't met, yet she made the decision to terminate our contract. My file contains a ridiculous 2,900 pages and legal fees where up over $6,000 which obviously they are prepared to walk away from. In reality they hadn't done $500 worth of work. In two years I saw their psychologist and the defendants psychologist once each. Mine didn't even bother with a face-to-face. Sorry twice I had a consultation on Whats app. The defendants psychologist had the decency to see me face-to-face. Do some research I have since and even an ex employee is suing for unfair dismissal due to his refusal to sign people up to the scam credit line that is NO WIN NO FEE

My solicitor and barrister were genuinely compassionate and fair and treated me with care not as a number. They both looked after my wellbeing, alleviated my stress and gave expert advice, which settled my case very quickly. This has helped me to start to move on and rebuilt.

Since my injury Slater and Gordon has been supportive, compassionate and understanding. The advice received has been timely and explained clearly. I would especially like to thank Juliana, she never gave in to an easy fix and worked very hard to get me the best result.

I have no hesitation in recommending the fantastic team Teni, Kellie and Ruby that handled my recent claim. The process was 100% professional from our initial discussion all the way to the final outcome. Had a spinal injury working for yooralla, soon found out employers dont care about you so was glad to have Tahmina at Slater and gordon handle my legal case, no win no fee was great and legal deductions were fair, settled my case with a good outcome.
