I’m not sure why slater and Gordon hire people which have no empathy and talk down to people trying to access help. If someone is calling slater it’s obviously because they’re in a complex situation a little understanding and empathy would go a long way. I find Gemma to be so cold and rude and each time I’ve talked to her on the phone has resulted in tears or me hanging up on her. Disgusting.
