My wife rang to seek some legal advice in relation to her Mother's estate. The lawyer that she spoke to was extremely unpleasant and did not want to listen to the whole story; deciding straight away that the case was unwinnable. He was going to send an email address to follow up with a 'quick look at documents', but that never happened. Much stress added to an already unpleasant situation. Don't bother contacting my wife now, we have gone elsewhere, where someone actually listened.

Slater and Gordon are well known for their class actions / support for the underdog. Lots of recent publicity about their solvency as a company and likely future but, whatever the outcome it is likely to retain its "we'll help you if you've been bullied by a large corporate" approach.

Worst first contact experience ever.do not use these guys.you become just number on the pile of files.they will waste your time in formalities involved in their over complicated business model and most interactions will be robotic.

Very bad service. My father used and paid for their service to make a will. He has just passed away they say they don't have it and don't seem to know who does. Very un sympathetic, not respectful and deliver no service or care.
