Very bad service, I called them to make sure they had the eyedrop for my little daughter, confirmed their opening hours and rushed there (more than 20 km away from my house). I arrived 30 mins before closing time, however they have closed, no one picked up phone and I left them message but never heard back. This is the worst service that I have ever experienced.
Below average Pharmacy. Under trained pharmacists. Just because they are right next to the hospital they have the advantage but would definitely not suggest.
Extremely rude customer service! Would never step in again, never thought they would treat a regular customer like this. Can do much better! Communication skills were not upto standard.
Slade pharmacy in frankston was the best and I used to love going there due to convenience and lovely customer service!
