Great service! Easy process to book and pay online, awesome service when you arrive and all of the staff are super friendly. Really recommend using them when you’re travelling from Melbourne airport.

Skypark is absolutely fantastic! Great secure parking with a convenient shuttle service that goes to and from the airport every 15 minutes. I had the pleasure of travelling with Terry today and he was brilliant! Incredibly friendly, professional (I was greeted by name on arrival!) and we shared many laughs during the brief trip to the airport. This was a fantastic way to begin my holiday so thank you very much for the wonderful experience today! I will certainly be back again when I'm ready for my next trip

We had an amazing experience and service. Everything was super easy from the time we got there to our pick up. Prompt on timing and great value for money with undercover parking.
Terry who drove us back from the airport was a pleasure to deal with and a great energy to be around when we returned back to Melbourne. He made the ride back entertaining and engaging, while demonstrating amazing customer service from the get go.

Just parked my car for a week at SkyPark and very impressed with the service. I paid for valet parking. As soon as I arrived, I was able to catch the shuttle straight to the airport where I was dropped in front of terminal 3. On my return today, I received several texts reminding me to let them know when I was ready for pickup. I got to pickup point, texted and the shuttle arrived within a couple of minutes, returned me to SkyPark where my car was waiting for me to drive off straight away. Staff lovely and great customer service.

On Saturday 11 June 2022 I was traveling to Gold Coast with 2 other friends our driver was Tony he was great and professional. On our return today 17 June I rang for pick up once we collected our luggage and heading to the waiting lane and was told that it will be about 10 minutes but once we got to the waiting area we found a van and asked the driver if he can take us back with him he confirmed with the office and we got in the van with him (his name is Nima) he was really great, professional and we had a good conversation and a laugh he also had a very good personality. I give him 5 and would highly recommend SkyPark airport parking to anyone and will definitely come back when I travel again.

First time user last Thursday, I got back on Saturday… pretty easy parking option close to the airport.

Very happy with Skypark, you park your own car and keep the keys. The shuttle bus was ready to take us to Tullamarine and the pick up on our return was easy. The staff were professional, very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend SkyPark Melbourne!

Can't fault my experience with this company. Knowing that your car is in good hands takes all the stress away while you're gone. Also, being an undercover parking makes it a bonus. Reasonable price. Highly recommended. Will definitely be using skypark again!

Left my car for around 9 days! Wonderful service and price for undercover parking is cheaper than open parking at the Tullamarine Airport! Service was top class! Drop off was prompt and Terry was amazing! Even pick up from the airport was within 3 minutes of our arrival at the waiting area! I will definitely use it again and will recommend it to everyone!

I didn't used the parking service as I cancelled the booking days before so I don't want to judge the service. They agreed to give me a refund but it took a long time. One of the managers were nice to me.

I am still giving 2 stars because one of their operator named Braydon was very rude to me and made me very angry.
1. He said he's just an operator and everything is done by his manager and he can't do anything. He said he doesn't know when his manager will be back so maybe call after school holidays.
2. While talking to me, he started picking up other peoples call and started serving other customers.

Affordable, great communication and prompt drop off and pick up. Will definitely use again:)

The drivers were so friendly especially Terry who helped my return back to Melbourne be a easy and smooth return. My car was safe within the parking site and all staff were incredibly kind

Very good customer service. We didn't end up parking as our flights were cancelled at the very last minute but the staff at SkyPark were very helpful in sorting out our booking to our satisfaction.

It was my first time to use Skypark last school holidays. At first I was reluctant to use it due to bad experience previously with other airport parking companies. But I was glad I used Skypark. Excellent service all the way; from drop off to pick up. It also gave me peace of mind knowing that my car is safely park in an undercover parking. Definitely will book again in my next trip. Highly recommended!
