Yesterday my flight arrived at 12.05 AM. Thanks to most inefficient baggage service baggage was delayed then thanks to extremely efficient customs we were behind a kilometre long queue. Finally came out of airport at 2.00 am. Realised skybus does not operate between 1.00-4.00 am. So my return ticket was wasted. Had to pay Uber $91.00 … when we will see good public transport in world class city Melbourne? !

Michael, possibly originally from NZ, drove us this morning to Tullamarine. What an asset this man is to your company. He is pleasant, polite, helpful and humorous. Thank you Michael, and Skybus.

This is the easiest way for me to travel when I come to Melbourne. Efficient, regular, dependable, affordable service. I then easily connect with a train to take me to my destination.

If only there were another way. Over-priced bus ride to the airport because Melbourne is practically the world's only international city to refuse to build a train line to the airport. Rumours are that it's due to a deal with tollway operators or something.

Bus driver was late and in a rush and insisted small bags go on the top rack and when I asked him to put them up there due to a shoulder injury he manhandled my bags in the roughest possible way right in front of me.

Does however connect conveniently with regional trains at Southern Cross Station.

Often wait longer than the ten minutes advertised and watch empty buses pull up only to pull away again outside Tullamarine. So frustrating when you have had a long flight. Staff are friendly but please can we have the rail link!

Very easy option to get to and from the Melbourne Airport. Affordable and reliable. Great customer experience. WiFi provided. Just a half our trip. Southern Cross Station is very close to everything at Melbourne CBD.

Very expensive for the service you get.
Driver pretends that the bus is full to leave without us and let us wait 15’ for the next bus. There were a dozen of seats left.
It is 10pm on July 12. We paid a hefty 22$ per person.

Shameful attitude.

Brought return tickets from Melbourne airport, smooth transfer but seats space are too narrow also a little bit crowded.one thing makes me so upset as they are no longer provide the free shuttle transfer from depots to the city hotels, however the website still showing the service?

Good location- bottom end of town. Easy location to grab an uber or taxi. Fast way to get to airport at low cost

This service is discusting. Way to expensive and it's the only way to get to the airport reliably. Should be a public train to the airport.

Boarded and on the way we were informed bus not stopping at Terminal 1, only at 3
We are pensioners with mobility issues and had we known we had to drag suitcases from 3 to 1 we would have caught a cab. No decent Covid practices in places.many passengers without masks.

Frequent schedule to take you to and from airport. You can purchase tickets online and hop on the bus using your phone.

Excellent service, but! The bench seat downstairs is to low for older people with bad knees who can't get up the stairs, for the 6th time on a iPhone and Android I couldn't get that free wifi to work.need better signage on how to get to T2 international.very confusing for international guests as I have helped them everytime to find access upstairs through arrivals hall.

Fair price to transport yourself to the airport. The schedule time and frequency is amazing, probably a bus in every 15 min. However, it is a lining method so the que may gone long for peak hour and high season too. It can be 5 star, there is no cash counter for ticketing so all ticket has to be purchase from a electronic machine with credit or debit card.

This is the best alternative transport between the city and the airport. I wonder though if the owners have any influence in slowing down the rail project that would connect the city and the airport because they are the ones to be negatively affected by such a project. Yes, I am cynical.

Buy tickets online to save you the hassle of queuing up. If you’re coming back, better still to buy return tickets. The tickets are smart phone friendly.

Its a great service, and ive used it for years, but the prices have gone up and up. Now when i am travelling with someone else (or more in the group) i just use uber.its more conveient and really no different in price. I would only use skybus if i was travelling solo.

Considering there is no rail service to the Melbourne airports this is a very acceptable alternative. In fact I suspect when the rail line to Tullamarine is built this will still be a faster service for most of the day. There are certain times of the day (usually peak hours) when travel can be a bit slow but on the whole it is a very efficient, if not particularly cheap service. I tend to think the ticket prices are a bit of a rip off but there aren't really any reasonable alternatives if you don't want to drive. To Tullamarine the buses run very regularly 24 hours a day. For most of the day the wait is 15 min or less (often only 5) and the journey is only 20 minutes or so. They never overfill the bus so everyone can be seated and there is space for wheelchairs and prams and on the double decker buses seating downstairs for those who find stairs challenging. Both going and coming there are recorded messages broadcast in English, Chinese and Spanish to assist people at their destination. Quite reasonably, food and drink are not allowed on board so don't turn up with your Maccas expecting to have a stinky picnic en route. Lastly if you turn up outside business hours without a ticket you'd better have a credit card for the ticket kiosks or you are screwed!

The best way to get from the city to the airport, on time performance, easy to access at both points

It would be good to know exactly when the buses are leaving. A count down of some sort would be very useful.

Expensive, and very poor WiFi access. 9.9 times out of 10, it can’t connect. Melbourne needs a *! Cheap! *, fast, train service between the airport & the city! Stop now-towing to the pathetic taxi/union lobby!
