I wish I could give -1,000 stars.

This is without doubt the worst company in the history of the world. Their staff are lazy, rude and just plain hopeless. There is no point booking an appointment because they repeatedly do not arrive for booked appointments and the communication around these missed appointments is totally non existent. They just don't care about the inconvenience the poor communication causes.

Why and how this company are being used to provide service for NBN must be questioned. They can not deliver the service and should be sacked.

This company delivers appalling or actually no customer service. How do they get away with it?

I wish I could pay someone to come and fix the issue but I can't because NBN make it so that I have to use this useless company.

Geelong Vic
Technician from SKY BRiDGE (James) Contracted by OPTUS Came to find out why our internet, with OPTUS, wasn’t working…couldn’t resolve the problem! Didn’t even bring a router with him. It could easily be the router but was unable to even test it apart from this the original installation by Sky Bridge was so dodgy it rendered ALL our pre wired points useless as they only wired the NBN to a wireless router and didn’t bother bridging to our hub. Now they don’t care about fixing it! Great customer service NOT -moving from OPTUS

Hey Skybridge managers, if you provide poor service often enough, you will eventually irritate a manager at a major telco. Yep.

Skybridge, the installers of a fixed wireless NBN service. Initial appointment after one month. Organised for a Wednesday. I was contacted to bring it forward a day earlier which I agreed and they couldn't come due to poor weather. Fair enough I thought until the new appointment was not for a further month.

A month later. Technician is "sick" order closed and now have to wait a further month. Month goes by. What do you know. Cancelled again. Now have to wait till the 17th for the install. They offered the 18th as well. I said book both dates as I have no confidence of them showing up! 4 MONTH WAIT! Telstra don't help. Skybridge don't know what their left and right hand are doing. PATHETIC SERVICE!

Appalling service. After being cancelled on the morning of, they put you at the back of the queue again so you wait another two weeks. After calling several times over a few days, the person I needed to speak with was conveniently "in meetings" every time. It's been a week and I still haven't received a call back.

Agree with all the negative comments already on this page and would provide 0 stars if possible. Appalling level of service and communication - cancelled appointments without letting us know, had to proactively follow up to see where the status of our install is up to. Waiting for 2 1/2 weeks and now another 3 weeks (as of today). If we could choose another company we would but the incompetent NBN Co subcontracts other incompetent companies with not enough staff.

This is the most incompetent and inconsiderate company I have ever been forced to deal with. They will change your appointment times without telling you, send technicians to install your equipment in a town 4 hours away and then blame you. Avoid if you want anything done quickly and professionally.

Unfortunately another 1 star review due to the technician not showing up, or even bothering to call. I wasn't even offered an apology. Just an excuse claiming the technician must have got caught up. I was told that I would receive a call to organise another appointment and that call never came. Really poor service. Avoid if possible.

An enjoyable, diverse workplace that is supportive and challenging. We have some amazing talent on board to take Skybridge to the next phase of growth - it's definitely an exciting time to be a part of the journey.

If you are thinking of working as a sub contract for this company, don't do it, you won't get paid and your work will be managed very poorly

Skybridge is a contracting company and have some great clients, like nbn, Ericcson and Chubb. I really enjoy working at Skybridge and have now been here 3+ years. Skybridge have an open door policy, which means you can even walk into the CEO's office if you want to, which I haven't had to. I work with a whole bunch of people who value the fact that everyday we deliver services that change the life of people and communities.

Horrible company! Managed by over inflated persons, employees are scared to speak up as they will be fired or bullied. In a short 4-6 month period, Skyrbridge had a turn over of 12 people. Almost a whole department/unit. Teams are lead by individuals who are the rule to every exception. Those individuals are rewarded, communicating to others that there hard work is not appreciated. Management mislead to employees, make false promises and pin point employees they dislike personally in an effort to push them out. Massive adverse action work place, very sad to see in 2019

I have been employed by Skybridge for just over 4 years and in that time I have been afforded many opportunities. Skybridge have invested in my training and career development. I enjoy coming to work each day!

As a staff member working for Skybridge for almost a year now, I have never felt so supported by all staff including team leaders and our awesome CEO! Not only do we have a good working relationship as a team, but we can all share excitement when meeting KPI's, celebrating company values and enjoying each others experiences. A very diverse and fun company to work for. I am proud to say I work for Skybridge.

I am a contractor who has worked for Skybridge for many years. Inspite of all the negative comments below I have found sb to be the best of the best to work for. I am so puzzled by customers not being treated correctly and not on time and not contacted.
I believe most of my jobs are completed in less then a weak of the customer signing up. In one case I completed the job on the same day as the customer signed up. I work in central NSW. Not the real isolated areas that some techs work in. I understand that it may take many weeks for an install in these areas but that does not excuse any tech from communicating and being on site on the agreed day. I guess like all industries there are good and bad techs. I have to say the ones I know are good and they do communicate and arrive when they say they do. I guess like all forums there are very few customers who will take the time to write and say how good the tech was and that SB were great.

Skybridge have always communicated with me very well, they will alway ring if they do not know that I am on site at the correct time to confirm there are no issues that need to be conveyed to the customer. While there are many variables in Sat installs and not all jobs are straight forward, it is extremely rare that I do not arrive within the agreed time slot. I always attempt to phone the customer if that happens.

One of the most difficult issues a tech faces is when the customer’s service provider enters incorrect contact phone numbers or provides a mobile only, when the customer is out of range most of the time. If you sign up for a new install make sure there are at least 2 usable phone numbers on the order and definitely one night time number.

In summary Skybridge are a good company to deal with on the NBN side at least. I believe they do every thing possible to have your install and service call completed on time as organised. If you do not hear back from SB within a week of placing your order, then recontact your service provider. Some times they have not completed the order.
