Our organisation has been using Skoop for years due to their quality work, their reasonable pricing and how great they are to deal with. We never think twice about where to go for printing our banners, signs, stickers and even giant novelty cheques!
Last week we had a time critical job and unfortunately our delivery was delayed by a courier issue. The customer service and response by Theo and his team was exceptional. They reprinted the job and hand delivered it to me at 8: 30pm, knowing that I needed it the next morning.

Using the Skoop portal to generate business cards for my workplace was the easiest process. The help I received from Matt along the way was fantastic. Upon contacting Skoop I received a phone call to outline my requirements and for them to explain their process.
After answering a few questions via email, that also helped me narrow down what I wanted, the magic happened! Within a couple of days I received the first draft of my brand new company logo and it was spot on! The guys at Skoop totally understood what I was after and they delivered!
Communication was via email which suited me, however a direct line to my account manager was available should I need to speak with someone.
Would definitely use Skoop again and would certainly recommend.
