We did an online order with them, if you fill out all the forms it makes collection really quick and easy, staff were super friendly.

We stopped at ski plus to get what we needed for the snow. The service was great. The shop was calm and organised which is what we needed when organising kids for the snow. Would highly recommend getting your gear here before heading up the mountain.

HIRE HERE! As a newbie to the snow, it felt so comforting coming into this place. Especially with young children, it can be very overwhelming when you are a first timer. Staff were beyond excellent, very accommodating when our crew had issues with boots and wishing to exchange from snowboards to skis. Cannot thank them enough for pleasant communication, ensuring we had what we needed, and were very professional in every manner. 10/5!

Ordered complete ski package and jacket and pants rental online for a day. Able to pick-up night before. Busy but good service. For rentals to make a quicker easier process, fill out all optional details on the form and the fitting at pickup will be a bit quicker and smoother. Great price.

Hired our gear here last year (when we could) and had a fantastic experience, so just had to come back. Everything was well fitted to our needs and at such a great price. Love supporting a family owned business, especially after everything they must have gone through in the last 2 years.

After hiring from this family run business for a couple of weeks last year when we managed to come up before a lockdown, the staff were very accommodating for me as a relatively new snowboarder. Very good recommendations towards what would suit my skill levels and a great range of hire equipment for an affordable price.

After I had issues with my feet, I visited the shops on multiple occasions to try different boots per day. The staff were able to identify that my feet had a certain shape and DC boots would probably work the best for me, so I was able to hire an ex demo pair. I found they worked well, and upon informing the staff they told me that there was a sale on DC boots, to which I was expertly fitted and was given a great deal on the boots. A year later and these boots have vastly improved my snowboarding ability and experience.

Upon hiring again this year I was given a brand new board and bindings, for the intermediate level, to which was an excellent board to use.

I would recommend this shop to everybody!

Awesome customer service and cheapest snow gear hire prices in the whole region. They gave us some great advice about the new requirements before heading to the slopes.

The staff are amazingly attentive and customer service was 2nd to none, ordered rentals online and each equipment was ready to be tried on straight away. Coffee is perfect! Totally coming back here again!
