Very difficult to get through and get answers on delivery and pick up but otherwise no issues

My phone interaction with Tyra was excellent. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and provided excellent Customer service. On a side note I am still waiting for a receipt from Tony for the permit that I paid for. Have called him numerous times to no avail.

I initially got the wrong skip (a delivery, not booking problem), but your staff was very helpful and efficient in rectifying the problem. I got exactly what I needed the very next day and was able to get all the necessary work done.

Minimal fuss, particularly given council permission was required to place bin outside a neighbour's house. They delivered and picked-up on time.
