I had a great experience at Skintech! The staff was really friendly and professional, and they made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. The salon is modern, clean, and has a really relaxing atmosphere.

Terrible because I booked my appt for skin needling on a Saturday.
Someone called me to confirm the appointment on the Thursday.
Then I go to the shop and the door was shut! No note on the door or no one informed me about the closure.
Another girl was at the door by ok confused!
Tried to call the number and the line of theGlen shop was never picked up.
Staffs at other branches knows nothing about what’s going on in Glen.
I’m gonna get my money back

Unfortunately I cannot leave a good review. I had filler treatment and it was terrible. I was left extremely stressed with visably bad results. I was provided two sessions of hyaluronidase to remove filler, but it was never fully removed and I have ongoing issues and deformity in the injection site. I have since seen two other professionals (dermatologist and plastic surgeon) who both advised me not only am I a bad candidate for the filler but I was given the incorrect type of filler for that area which is why I have persistent problems. This is exactly the opposite of what I was told at skin tech, the doctor who did the consultation over phone video call said that I was “the perfect candidate “. Clearly a lie and they didn’t conduct a proper assessment. I would not recommend this place. It’s over priced, unprofessional and staff are not qualified to conduct such treatments, nor do they attempt to fix any problems. I have spent the last 8 months trying to fix this problem which has already costed me hundreds more dollars and a lot of anxiety and suffering. I should also add I had spent around $3500 dollars at skin tech and thought they would ensure that they fixed any problems, no instead they were rude and couldn’t wait to get rid of me.

Update 6/8/22 I am still very unhappy with the lack of service to fix this problem when i asked. I can see they have asked me to contact to help fix and investigate, however at the time I did ask and no one helped me to resolve this issue and management were aware of my complaint then.
