I have been getting gel nails here for over a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are a little more expensive but it’s 1000% worth it- for the first time in my whole life I’ve got healthy strong natural nails when I remove the gel and I couldn’t be any happier. The most incredible group of women, highly recommend:)

The only place in Albert Park that I trust with my brows/lashes. The girls are all fantastic.

Poor customer experience. Booked online for an appointment then called to reschedule, the person who answered was quite rude but managed to move me to another time for next day and said I would receive a new text with the new time. I instead received a text with my original/old time so I replied 'No' and waited for a new text but did not receive anything. Next day I called again to check if my appointment was still there as I did not receive a new text, I was told I replied no and then on clarification that the text had the old time not the new one. I was just told the system erased my appointment but I can book a new one. I did not receive an apology and wasn't made to feel comfortable in any way.

I had my lashes done by Gigi, best lash artist I’ve experienced! Very knowledgeable, yet fast and efficient. She’s also a super kind soul and had the best conversations throughout the appointment thank you Gigi

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the beauty tribe. I had my brows done, laser and a lash lift. The salon itself is stunning, and the level of service I received was amazing.

What sets The Beauty Tribe apart is their new laser machine for hair removal. After years of trying different places without seeing any real results, from my very first session at tbt, I noticed a significant difference. The laser was incredibly effective, especially on my face where I had been so self-conscious about unwanted hair. I am so grateful to have finally discovered a trustworthy and genuinely effective hair removal solution.

The beauty tribe is amazing! I have been going here for many years and the service is always 10/10. Amanda and the team are so lovely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a spray tan. The colour is amazing and the girls always apply it so well.

2 of my girlfriends & I recently visited to each get a spray tan for the Melbourne Cup. Immediately after the tan, we were horrified by the peeling of the skin and patchiness of the tan as all our our past tans have looked emasculate straight after. The ladies told us it was just a bronzer layer and it should go away. One lady said we shouldn’t put another layer on or the patchiness will be even more noticeable. We could hear them whispering about not liking the new tanning gun which was alarming. We left and as we got home the tan was almost peeled everywhere. Our skin looked extremely dry and patchy, the tan was essentially peeling off. We thought we should trust the process but the next day things were the exact same. On our legs, arms and backs were completely patchy. Not to mentioned under our but cheeks had been completely missed and under one of the girls armed was completely missed. I wish I could upload photos because they support this review and show the terrible quality of tan and application

Update 30aug22: As promised, today Amber looked after me for the full manicure, but without nail colour. Trim and shape nails and cuticles, buff the nails to soften the ridging I tend to suffer from, exfoliate scrub thoroughly, to almost remove my wrinkles and then a wonderful reflexology-style hand and wrist massages working on the pressure points and being very relaxing that I snoozed a bit! I was floating at the end. Finished with cuticle oil to give some shine to the nails. Very worthwhile. $60

Two recent visits. My first time here. Diyana treated me for the Skin Rejuvenation Pedicure which covers from knees to the toes. $110, circa 1.5hrs. See website for details. The so-called hot stones massage, I think, I could do without. Other than that, a good job all-round.
Today Gigi looked after me for the facial threading, which also included some waxing on the upper lip as my skin is somewhat sensitive. An aware beautician, she did a great job, ending with some Aloe cooling lotion. Some redness, but looked like I'd been in the Sun!
Next visit next week is for a full manicure with Tiana. I'll let you know how that goes.

Loved my brows after my appointment today.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. My nail technician had poor product knowledge & spent 20 minutes trying to soak off my hard gel nails, then replaced the product with soft gel when what I had booked for was a refill of current TGB product. Also no proper dust extraction & technician was extremely unfriendly from the outset. Suggest better product knowledge / training as a minimum especially for the price charged.

Have been going to this salon for quite a few years now. Last pedicure that I received I was very disappointed as for the first time the drill was used to remove my gel on my toes. I felt like I was at a nail bar.

Tiana is exceptional at brows! I’ve had 3 compliments from random people in the past day! I could not recommend higher! So happy I found this spot. ️️️

Favorite local place for brows. All the staff have been great, especially love the way Amber-Rose does brows. Best manicure I’d had too if you want to treat yourself. Super easy booking system which is always a winner in my books!

In the past I took a full pedicure service at The Beauty Tribe with staff, Ruth. I was very Displeased with the service.

After this incident Olivia had contacted me personally and offered the same $80 pedicure again. I took this service yesterday. Ruth was not working there anymore and I had been looked after by another staff.this time I had a better experience. I felt more relaxed and my feets look soft and shiny. Thank you Olivia and the beauty Tribe.

Lovely, friendly staff. I have had a lovely pedicure with the callous removal add on and my feet felt divine afterwards. I also had bio sculpture applied and my nails looked fantastic. This has become my go to for my nails.

On 27th dec 2019, I took a full pedicure service at The Beauty Tribe ($80 for 60 mins) with staff, Ruth. I’m very Displeased with the service. My pedicure was done 10 min early even after I avoided nail paint as it takes 20 min of the given time and asked for more massage. Feet’s were not soaked well or scrubbed well. Believe me my cracks were not that big this time pretty less. I’m paying $80 for 60 minutes (it went for only 50 minutes) and also my feet looks same as before.other than my nails looking fine she could’ve put more effort on my feet. I feel Ruth was more focussed on her hand nails not breaking. WORST ever experience for the expensive charge they do, NOT GOING HERE EVER AGAIN. You lost a regular customer. I do not recommend anyone going The Beauty Tribe ever again.

I've been going to skinologie 2 for the past year for bio sculpture gel manicures and always have a positive experience. Very professional and consistent work. Always willing to put in creative effort when I have nail art requests. Beautiful results!

Lovely ladies who take the care to ensure you get the treatment that is applicable to your needs. I regularly have my nails done there and I can see a significant improvement in my nails when the Bio Sculpture is removed. I definitely recommend them.
