Stood in the store for nearly 10 minutes today searching for something specific and had to ask a team member to come help as all 3 were in the back room with their backs to the floor. And she seemed annoyed to help As someone that's a manager for another Highpoint store, if it that was our staff ignoring customers that clearly need help, chances are they'll find themselves with no shifts it's Christmas time. APPROACH YOUR CUSTOMERS, and never leave your store with no one on the floor like that, theft happens a lot at Highpoint.

I’ve seen Monique twice now, she is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and always guides me with specific locations and piercing choices for the look I want. Highly recommend.

I got a piercing from this place a year ago (I was told not to take the piercing out for 12 months to heal) and the metal that they use is not safe and oxidized my skin leaving a permanent discolouration. The jewellery is made with improper materials. (Cheap material)

Before getting my piercing, I was to select which metal, and I picked the safest metal (titanium). This should not have happened

I had to take it out as I was worried. I'm devastated that I will have this for life. I'm quite disturbed.and embarrassed

My daughter was keen on getting her ears pierced, but in the moment was nervous and teary. The staff were really lovely and handled it so well. In the end she said it didn't hurt at all.

Paige is the sweetest human being ever, I love my septum and they made me feel so comfortable in such a nerve wracking situation. So professional, educated and understanding.
Will 100% be coming back when I can to see them again. <3

I got my ear lobes pierced by Jerome and felt so well looked after. I have thicker than average lobes and Jerome took extra care to ensure the placement was level on each side and also ensured the bar used was long enough to permit swelling. Thanks Jerome:)

I visited here to get my third lobe piercings and a helix piercing, and the service was fantastic. The lady who did my piercings was very kind, she talked me through the process beforehand and made sure I was comfortable. The booking process was nice and easy as well, and the lady who I spoke to over the phone was very helpful with answering my questions and gave me great advice. I'll definitely be coming back here for more piercings, it was a great experience.

I’ve had a few piercings done here, by Mernique and Jerome, and they were both such reassuring and lovely humans the entire process. They made me feel comfortable and gave me many opportunities to ask questions. I recommend this branch to everyone, thank you so much:)

Skin candy was a horrible experience.first of all I got a double helix and the person who did it messed it up twice. Second of all, The same piercer pierced my friends double forward helix and he pierced it in the wrong position without warning her. Overall we are extremely disappointed and angry with the results. Would not recommend skin candy!

My experience here was great. I was pierced four times by Ben who was super experienced and knowledgeable with piercings as well as being a very genuine and friendly person. Was a great experience overall and I massively recommend this piercer.

My 5 year old daughter had her earrings out for 3 days and me and my wife couldn’t get them back in. Came into the shop to get some new earrings and asked if he could help put them in. I didn’t know she would make such a fuss and felt bad but Ben was very patient and was really good with her. Thank you

Booked in to get my septum pierced with my husband. We had the most delightful experience with Paige. They were warm and very caring. Made us both feel completely at ease, and I would recommend anyone to try to book with Paige. What an absolute delightful human!

I went to Skin Kandy Highpoint after recommendations for ear piercing for my 16mth old. I was so nervous about getting it done as l wanted them to be done correctly. I was not disappointed! Both the ladies who looked after my daughter were fantastic! They measured the dots on her lobes to make sure they were even and it was all over in seconds, my daughter didn’t cry nor did she even flinch! Best experience, exceeded my expectations and gave me so much peace of mind that ld made to right decision. As for my toddler, she has no idea they are even there, so all the more impressed!

When I went to get my piercing one of the workers, they gave me a really bad glare and I shrugged it off, thinking not much of it later on I found out that she called me, a black slave due to my blackness and I was quite upset due to this news.when I went into the room, where I was going to get my piercing, it looked like an asylum. There were stacks of needles and the lady left the needle in my ear for a good five minutes, and when she came back, it turned purple.as I am typing this I am laying on my hospital bed.
