Not friendly staff and provides wrong and disappointing information to customers.from me. Poor service.

I had Kiera pierce my ear and it was a perfect, ideal appointment! She told me what was best for my ear, took time to explain everything, give disclaimers and even informed me of future piercings that would best fit my other ear too! Her expertise is unmatched by any other piercer I have been to.

Abbi was a legend I was very nervous to get my nose pierced (though I wanted it badly) but she calmed me down and pierced my nose without any issues. Very professional and highly recommended! Thanks again Abbi, you have provided an amazing service!

I heard so many bad things from this shop including from my own mother, they messed up her dermal so bad but that's a completely different story. I went in there thinking that I can just get jewlery bc they can't mess it up surely, I was wrong. She measured my ear for how long I'll need my industrial bar, even got out a tool and still messed it up. I got home and put it in my ear just to find out it doesn't even touch the other side. How do you messure my ear to figure out how long you need and still completely miss the mark. Beckee needs to be fired because she's messed up so many times, I don't know how she's still employed there. Do better.

I have always loved this store since it opened in Geelong, but I’m extremely disappointed. I purchased a 14kt gold horseshoe for my septum and after a month of wearing it, it tarnished all black on the balls and slowly up the piercing. I went into the store to to show them and then the lady working polished it and said it’s fine and normal for 14kt gold to tarnish within a month of wearing it. I have all 14kt gold jewellery from this store and from others for years and not once has one tarnished. Put it back in and within 2 days it’s already turning black again. I spent $191 on this horseshoe and I’m super upset and disappointed they couldn’t replace it for me since I’m a loyal customer to this store and don’t go anywhere else. It’s definitely plated gold and not 14kt solid gold: (

Staff are super friendly and quite knowledgeable. Always have a great time in there, but dont forget your ID no matter your age

I had my forward helix done here 3 weeks ago, i was then told by another piercer is was done wrong and will eventually fall out.firstly you guys used the wrong jewellery and then you pierced the wrong spot.do not go here.absolutely terrible and a waste of money

I got a double helix pierced here and the staff was amazing! They gave me all the details on how to take care of it properly and they recommended that i would get it pierced with a stud and not a hoops since hoop has a longer healing time

Got my nose done today by Bec and she was so gentle and caring! I had to bring my baby in with me and they were super accommodating.

I got my septum repierced a few weeks ago here, was definitely one of the best piercing experiences i've had, the piercer was friendly and spent her time trying to find the best spot with my scar tissue and my badly deviated septum, and she did it perfectly, was almost painless. Thank you heaps i am really happy with how it looks, definitely recommend! I wish i could remember the piercers name as she was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be going back next time i'm in Geelong <3

An amazing piercing experience at SkinKandy Geelong. This was my second time getting pierced there and once again it was a great experience. My piercer was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly for me. She also did a great job helping me when I passed out for a split second, very kind and supportive. I will definitely keep going to SkinKandy for all my piercings!

I have gone there a couple times and both experiences were great the staff are super friendly and welcoming and provide you with the right information and answered all of my questions. They also have a very great range of jewelry choices.definitely coming back here for more of my future piercings and highly recommend them as well.:)
