I go into the store quite frequently with my daughter, the staff are always so friendly and helpful.

I had my nipples pierced by Syd today! She was so sweet and made sure I felt calm and comfortable. In my boyfriend’s words, the piercings were “bang on” perfect. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and experience:)

I just had my septum pierced by Adela, and wow it was such an amazing and wholesome experience, I was informed of my anatomy in my nose, Adela was knowledgeable, kind, respectful and turned a usually nerve wracking experience into a positive one, the entire team had a good energy about them, I understand why they are so busy all the time when they provide services this good! Thank you Adela for everything my Scorpio queen!

Been here a few times for ear and lip piercings and they are amazing! Syd has pierced me each time and is awesome All the staff are super nice and friendly and give great advice, and all my piercings have gone smoothly and so far healed great. Cannot reccomend enough

Keegan was an absolute legend! I had my daith pierced by him & it was the best experience of all my piercings! He was so lovely & chatty & made me feel very comfortable. He was also super informative. Would recommend Keegan to anyone wanting to get a new piercing!

I had 2 piercings done by Skye, Nose & and Helix on 22 September 2023
Skye was great, was clear with giving information, gentle and friendly!

However, I need to say that the After-care Customer Service, is non- existant!

I have made 2 phone calls, and the customer service representative said they would send an email directly to the store. I then sent an email myself and received a reply saying an area manager would be in contact with me between 3-5 days.
I am yet to receive any further contact!

After-Care Service is just as important!

I got a septum piercing from Sydney and she was very kind are comforting as it was my first piercing.
All the staff were very kind too

Got my first ear piercing (lobe), the person who did it was friendly and it barely hurt, + fair prices for what they do

Got my forward helix pierced by Lilith! Lilith was extremely friendly and warm; I was a bit nervous but he explained the whole procedure carefully to me and was very gentle and calming. All the staff at this SkinKandy are always super kind and helpful. They are always so professional too.

Eden from skin Kandy Eastland was very meticulous about hands and infection which impressed me. Very friendly staff and also helpful highly recommend.

I went in today to get a bridge and a helix piercing. And the service was fantastic. My piercers name was “Syd” and she was so welcoming, so friendly, and really took her time with me to make sure I was happy. Which I am! Thank you skin Kandy.

Very knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to explain everything. Keegan was exceptionally good and masterful at conducting the piercing, and is also learning Auslan to ensure that he can provide an excellent service to deaf members in the community. Would definitely recommend over local places I've previously attended.

Had my industrial and nostril pierced by Keegan last week and am absolutely loving them. Very efficient, professional, and highly skilled. Would definitely recommend getting piercings here

14/09 Had to come back here:) Got pierced by Keegan and he was great. Helped me change some older piercings over.
Was super respectful and nice when I was getting pierced.

They were absolutely amazing, beyond patient with me.
Shop is clean and the attention to detail with everything was professional as hell!

Had a really lovely experience at the Eastland SkinKandy last night (:
I got my snakebites done, and all through the process my piercer was so reassuring and took all the necessary time to make sure my piercings were symmetrical and looked great!
Will defo be back, loved this store <3

Came to get two piercings with my roommate last Wednesday! We booked with Skye and they were amazing, absolutely lovely, great sense of humour and great professional behaviour. Also love the placement

Had a extremely positive experience here getting a brow piercing and was helped by the lovely human Keeyan (May have spelt that wrong), and was explained all the safety and aftercare very well, defs coming back again would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a professional and welcoming place to get pierced.

I always get my piercings done at SkinKandy Eastland. They are so professional and helpful. I had my conch and helix done by Skye today. She helped me pick out the perfect jewellery and I was so happy with the results.

Sky was absolutely amazing! Helped me pick out heaps of jewellery for my ear piercings and then offered to change them for me. Even changed my friends septum for her. She was an absolute gem, so sweet and helpful. Give the girl a raise
