I got my helix pierced here and was so nervous, my piercer Spencer was great and he calmed me down and was so friendly and talkative. Staff is always willing to help here, and the shop was really clean and hygienic. Will definitely be coming back for future piercings

I went on friday last week, i think the girl that served me had a name beginning with L but i’m not sure.i went in looking for a piercing for someone else and she slayed it! Got it spot on

I went in to get my tragus and seconds done Sat 18th March, and my piercer was Ashley. She was not only extremely skilled, but also very empathetic and patient. I was very nervous due to being afraid of needles, but Ashley was endlessly patient with me and answered all my questions without hesitation, and made me as comfortable as possible, so that the experience wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. The end result was fantastic and I couldn't be any happier with my new piercings.

I wish I remembered the name of the girl who pierced my daith today but she did an absolute amazing job. Whoever the girl was working Wednesday 15th march in the morning I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend!

I went to get some new jewellery for my Daith piercing and asked if someone could change it for me, the staff were so friendly and helpful and changed it no questions asked. Very welcoming atmosphere. Thank you! Definitely recommend this store for your piercing needs, I will be back:)

Spence did my septum piercing today and he was SO great! He could tell I was a little nervous and was able to calm be down by explaining it all to me and being friendly/talkative. Would highly recommend this place

Had the most beautiful experience with a piercer called angel she was so so sweet some times when you get a piercing the interaction is kind of weird but this was just genuinely so beautiful filled my heart xxx

I had my seconds done by Angel just before Christmas and couldn’t recommend her more! I was really nervous and had a few questions for her which she answered without our judgment. She eased my nerves more than anyone else previously and made the whole process so much easier and less stressful! My seconds are healing nicely and I can’t wait to change them over to some hoops once’s the healing is complete. Thanks so much.

No customer care dealing etiquette.first time went and was told to come tomorrow so the product is sterilized (make sense) today I'm being told oh you need to bring an ID (i wasnt informed about it yesterday) I'm new in australia and of-course i was ok in presenting my passport soft-copy but was told that they cant accept that and the piercing salesman who dealt with me must have told you to bring it (which he clearly didn't) when i requested that please i cant come again and again I'm made to feel bad that he must have told you and oh i was supposed to bee here by 3: 00 and you are late
Didn't get it! The issue was not having an ID or not being on time? When clearly they were free at that time!
Not going back to this place which arent learned enough in dealing with customers or cant stand on same page!

Today I took my daughter for her ear piercing. Staff was amazing and great customer service.
Extremely happy and will highly recommend.

I had previously had a bad experience here, so I was hestitant to revisit. Fortunately, this time was a lot better!
We came in as a group of 4 without a booking. The piercers and manager were all very patient, kind, and did their best to ensure we could all get piercings. Our piercers were Gabi and Emma (hopefully those names are correct) and they were both very professional and all of the piercings turned out great. I can't recommend these two more highly if you are looking to get a piercing here:)

I strongly recommend you to call beforehand to ensure it is open or not. I visited this store on Sunday at around 12pm all the way taking 1hour and it is closed, it was dark and no one was working, also there was no sign such as “be back in 10 minutes ”or anything.even the website says it opens which was disappointed. I needed to search for other store for piercing and luckily I got pierced without booking in another shop near Coles on that day. Hope it does not happen often.

I went in today after waiting a long time to get my daith piercing changed. I unfortunately had gotten the piercing done at another establishment in the center, and they haven’t done a very good job.

I was looked after by Spencer and he was patient, kind and cared about my well-being. He informed me my piercing is too inflamed/infected to put the piercing I want in and recommended a smaller stele horse hoof shaped piercing to let my ear heal, and seeing how that goes. If things don’t work I I will return there to get my ear pierced properly.

The venue is extremely clean, the bench has just been wiped down with alcohol (not covered in hairs and dead skin like the other establishment!) and I can tell great care is taken to ensure a hygienic and safe environment for clients.

I really recommend skinkandy, the staff are so great and it’s honestly so rare to get this level of service these days, we’ll done to the owner for finding a warm, passionate and customer focused team.
