I see Dr Davenport for acne and she's been great, super understanding and lovely. Did wait a few months to get an appt but well worth it! The practice is very clean and the young male on reception desk was nice when booking me in for another appointment, I didn't catch his name however. 5 stars from me.

I have had a wonderful experience here, I like how they offer both cosmetic and medical dermatology services. There does tend to be a waitlist for medical appointments so would have to plan quite a bit in advance, but it is worth it to have someone who will listen to your concerns and needs. On the cosmetic side they offer a range of options and take your concerns and budget into consideration without pushing all these products onto you (as I have seen in other clinics). I went to Skindepth to have some pigmentation marks removed. Not only did the laser treatment not work, I feel as though the pigmentation is worse. After the treatment my skin did not get darker, crust over as discussed would happen with the technician. When I called to speak to the technician a few weeks later the receptionist was extremely rude when I explained to her what had happened. She said someone would get back to me that was in July. No one ever contacted me. DO NOT use this clinic for pigmentation marks they are absolutely useless and rude!

I have been seeing Susan at Skindepth for the past few months and have been blown away by her knowledge and attention to detail. She has recommended treatments and products that work very well with my skin and always explains everything throughly to ensure I understand the treatment, product and issue at hand. I have been coming to Skindepth since it opened and thoroughly trust Dr Alice Rudd with my sun damaged skin - she has always been amazing with her knowledge, treatment and advice. I rate her very highly as a trusted medical professional.

Recently I had an ALA/PTD treatment with Rylee and was very impressed with her empathy, professionalism and thoroughness - this is the third time I have undergone this treatment to keep my sun damage/skin cancer at bay and cannot recommend the staff at Skindepth highly enough.

I have been to Skin Depth multiple times for various appointments and every time they have been amazing. Kellie on reception is incredible and extremely organised. Lori is just fabulous and coordinates everything, together they are the dream team! The doctors are professional, lovely to deal with and I have been very impressed with all of my results.
