I bought my neon to brighten up the laboratory I work in and it is amazing! Everyone loves it and it gets so many good comments! Recently I walked in and it was off, turns out there was a problem with the dimmer unit. I emailed the team and they sent a new unit out in under a week, amazing service. Was no cost involved as there is a 24 month warranty, very impressed!

I cannot rate this lower than one star - if I could I would.
Ordered a product back in June, waiting a few weeks for an update I was told due to demand that my order would take around another 3 weeks. That was July 15th. 15th September and Ive just been informed I still cannot even get an estimate on my order timeframe.

Oh but if you say your order is urgent, they'll bump you up the production list and screw everyone else who has been waiting for over two months like me.

I have been offered a small discount on future orders - like I'd waste my time with that - if Im happy to keep waiting.

- Happily take my $$$
- Need to be chased for any updates
- Dont have any answers when you actually chase them

Won’t buy it again.
After I spent months deciding to buy a sign, they sent the sign not finished.
Letters didn’t have “cut to letter” and looks ugly! They did offer to fix it, but that means It will take my time to send it back and wait for it to get fixed. I have the feeling I could do it better myself. Too much money for an unhappy feeling.go somewhere else!

I ordered a neon sign for our wedding venue. It arrived damaged and unusable (damaged by the freight company in transit). It was to be used at a wedding in 2 days time. Sketch & Etch made another sign that afternoon and it was shipped the following day. It arrived in time for the wedding. It looked amazing! Great product, great service. Would highly recommend. They have taken my order worth hundreds and have not returned any of my emails. They have not answered any calls. They will only respond to take your money & then disappear

I can't even begin to describe how much I love the neon sign Sketch & Etch created for me! I'm getting married soon and plan to use it as decoration for there, it's also such a special piece that it will hang in our house after we are married! The turn around time on ordering was insane! I got my sign so much quicker than anticipated and the whole process was so easy!
