The store manager is always so friendly, and the staff on with her are lovely too.
I lost my receipt and was thankfully in the system so they were able to search me up and find my sale that way. We always have a friendly little chat if there’s no one else in store. She is very knowledgeable and taught me enough to know about Sketchers that I could probably sell them myself now!
The store is also merchandised to perfection every time I go in. Thanks Sketchers Ringwood!

2022 - still disgraceful service! When are you staff going to acknowledge customers in your store! 2 staff members happily chatting away to each other, after again 10 minutes passing i go to leave store and then they want to help. No thanks i will travel to another skechers store and get the help i need! Close this store as obviously you don't want customers!
Disgraceful customer service, waiting at counter for over 10 minutes! To be served, assistant came up served customer behind me, then walks off and serves someone else! After telling her are you serious she apologizes and says i didnt know you were waiting, what else would one want do at the counter, needless to say left store and brought shoes elsewhere! This is not the 1st time lack of customer service at this particular store!

Unfortunately the staff here are to busy talking to family and friends then serving customers. This is not the first time this has happened in this store. I genuinely like the product but the service is ruining it for me

Amazing experience, the staff were flat out in the store but still found the time to serve everyone at once and apologise for keeping people waiting. They were so polite but speedy service and extremely helpful, tentative and friendly. Braden was amazing with outstanding customer service skills along with his colleagues on the day. Definitely will return to buy more shoes for the family. The staff on this day need a high five and pat on the back, they were great.

Taya and Braydon were fantastic Shop assistants considering the pressure they were under, Will Go back again.

Was looked after really by Taya, and greeted everyone in a really friendly manner! Highly recommend

Great service senior staff member at Eastland branch on Saturday knew her stock well and despite me having a wide hard to fit foot I was able to purchase a pair for work

Very unhelpful. Manager/Supervisor was more interested in finishing their shift and getting out of the shop.

After about 10 minutes of waiting for someone to ask if the shoes I tried on were ok, just took them off and walked out.

I brought pair of shoes today and after 5min i asked them to exchange the shoes to another pair which was at same price and they neglected my request.but they have clearly state that we can able to exchange.really disappointed and never recommend this shop to anyone poor customer services

Worst customer service I have ever had, sales person left me sitting for over 10 minutes while she was chatting to fellow staff members, this happened three times, 40 minutes in the store and only actually got to try on one pair of shoes, I left in disgust, If I could give zero stars I would, such a shame to see a great product so poorly mismanaged, then I reply to you by email as you request and get a response from a robot, please take the bet I offered you privately, I always need new shoes.

It is one of the worst experiences I've had buying tennis, they are uncomfortable, their material is rough, producing blisters and bleeding. The worst attention of the Eastland manager leaves much to be desired of a brand like Skechers.

A tiny and cozy shop, but the offers were good and the rare shoe sizes were available in stock. The color selection was also good, if you are hunting for a specific size which has run out in other shops, there is a high chance this shop would have one or two of those in stock.

Not enough staff for the amount of customers in the store. If you want me to pay those prices put some staff on. I walked out in discuss. The 2 staff off were rushed off their feet poor things.

Terrible customer service, and it hasn’t just happened once, it’s every single time I’ve come in go buy sketchers. I’ve ended up going with alternative shoes due to their terrible rude attitude and manners towards myself and other customers.

Went there today despite negative reviews. Couldn't be happier and ended up buying an extra pair for my wife. One of the girls that served us was Lily.thank you for your patients and help.

Same experience as everyone else who posted reviews here. Poor customer service. Was really keen to purchase a pair, but completely ignored by their sales staff, not even a simple greeting nor an eye contact. Especially one staff member i assume was manager at the time was just standing behind the counter idling, staring at her computer screen the whole time.

I went into the store with my daughter this morning (1st July, 2018). I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help us instead we were completely ignored by staff. So we left the store disappointed and went to rebel sport where the service was great. It would have been nice to simply have been acknowledged by the staff at sketchers but we got absolutely nothing not even hello.
