Skechers DFO South Wharf

Pathetic customer service. Had to return one article and the staff made a mess of it. First said No. Then only agreed for a credit return. Ultimately returned in cash when threatened with legal action. Never going again

It's supposed to be open from 9am on Saturday. It's 10am now and the store is still closed.

This store is the best place to buy Skechers in Melbourne. The most comfortable shoes ever. A fantastic selection of styles and colorways. Decent prices compared to the retail stores and a great range of sizes available. Excellent and friendly customer service every time.

Very awesome time buying shoes, had an absolutely EPIC selection of booties from Patrick. I could not recommend this place enough to my friends and acquaintances around the globe we call Earth)

Unfriendly staff, not ready to help. Customers need to chase the staff. They will make eye contact but wont even greet you. Staff was talking amongst themselves but if you ask something they will just point towards things but wont bring it for you or take you there. Sad to see this- such a lovely brand but really really poor customer service.

Was in Melbourne for holiday from NZ and hubby needed a new pair of thongs.
Salesman was lovely and had a good sense of humour.
He suggested an upgraded pair from what hubby was wearing.
We were very happy with our purchase, thankyou.

Staff went above and beyond for me. Great selection of shoes at great prices. Left shop smiling.

I came to this store today. Due to boxing day, the DFo was packed but this store didnt had as many people as there were in Puma, asics, or nike store. We taken 8 pairs of shoes mainly for kids school and outdoor. Took me 20min to get to the counter after due to shoppers line. 2 boxes had 1x shoe missing and I thought the guys at counter will bring in from back as i was not able to locate the 2nd shoe of those 2x units. The indian lady at the counter told me to find those inn and come back, and she will nlt move away from counter to assist.i responded and you want me to find those and get back in line again. & she said yes. My 4 kids waiting in line for 25min and hassling in store for another 30min in such a disorganised and packed store.didnt had enough bandwidth to create a scene there.i left all the shoes (8x pairs) on the counter and left.this was begining of the end of my boxing day shopping for which it took me 1hr to get into dfo and find parking.and what i got in the end was the beautiful response for your employee.such a disorganised placed and rude reaponse.ever i had in my life.my all generation wont come 2u again.

I went to sketchers store on 31st dec for my little one's shoes in southwharf.
The indian guy there was so rude to me he litreally fought with me and I left everything behind and came out of the store

As a customer, I was very hurt and taken aback with an instance.
An Asian guy first offered to help me, and when I asked a few things about the location of certain shoes, he was very rude to me. While talking to his colleague he said 'You, hold on' and gestured with his hand for me to back off - he made a customer feel sheepish, which is very wrong.
The higher management should train employees about customer interaction. Hiring untrained customer executives can lead to client loss - such as in this case.

Most of their shoes looks the same. I've always bought skechers all my life but here in Australia stocks are a bit midiocre that's why I buy them overseas instead.

. The ladies shoes are good and kids ones are realy nice. It's the men's shoes that needs a bit of an update

Staff and shoes at Skechers never let me down, but these guys at South Wharf are beyond great! Patience, knowledgeable, extremely kind and competent. I had to come to store twice to find the right fit for me and they always treated me with absolute professionalism and genuine kindness. This shop also has a huge range of Skechers to choose from, including sales. Thank you

The guy who was at the counter seemed pretty annoyed when I was paying for my shoes. The other guy was laughing so hard when I was spelling my name for"email address". I always used to go there and the staff were friendly but today I had the worst experience.

I had the pleasure of coming into Skechers South Wharf today and was amazed by their customer service. I was helped by Daniel and Harry who made sure I was well looked after and I walked away with a couple pairs of shoes and some socks! James tried his best but I believe he is new and still learning the ropes however was very polite. Can't wait to come back and see his progression!

They have some store specials which is way better than online pricing. They offer great quality product at excellent prices.

The guy who was at the counter didn't seem interested in providing good customer service, he frowned and seemed pretty annoyed at me even though I was just paying for my shoes.

Had absolutely brilliant service from the manager Emily, she went out of her way to help my husband and I and was a wealth of knowledge. An asset to the company 10/10

I'm usually really happy with the help I get, but for some reason I had a really bad experience. I was constantly questioned if I was wearing the shoes off the shelf, if I was going to remove them and pay and eventually told security was being called.

Little did they know, I was wearing my own Skechers shoes purchased a few weeks earlier and my shoes were just really clean. I walked out without bothering to hang for security.

Very big and well stocked store with good service provided by the staff members. I had shipped online and came to this store for a click and collect and the staff got my order ready in few minutes.
