43Very disappointed exchange experience in here. I bought a pair of safety boots online in my size 35,and I wearing only for one day, the boots are way too big for me, my feet were even injured by the big boots! Because the size is not the standard shoes size! Then I went to the shop wanted to exchange for the other one which I bought before and fits me well, but they refused me because their exchange policy said that the shoes must have box, taged, and unworn could be exchange or refund, but nothing about quality issue, which is unreasonable!
Went to the store this week, staffs are rude. Seems racist to me. Won't come back again.
Had a poor recent experience with the Chadstone Skechers store.
I've been a long time customer of many years and have always been there whenever a large sale is happening. Just last week, there was a sale for a shoe that i was intending to buy as a gift for a relative back overseas, I loved the shoe and ordered multiple of the same pair but different sizes.
The store did not have a 6.5 size at the time, and offered to order it online and have it sent to my house, and I gratefully accepted.
The orderred shoe was put on a separate receipt and a different shop assistant Sofie was tasked to take care of that separate transaction, however, she had ordered an entirely different shoe that had the same sale price.
I had not noticed at the time of payment as the shoes often have long names and the most memorable thing about a shoe is the colour and style, which can easily be differentiated in shop where you can physically see the shoe itself. I waited a few days and the shoe had arrived, however to my disappointment the shoe i was asking to order wasn't the shoe i received.
I checked the receipt again and saw that the shoe that they had ordered was an entirely different line and didn't look as good as the one i wanted. I went back to the store hoping to return the wrong shoe and have them send in the shoe i had asked to be ordered.
However, after talking to the manager about the problem, she refused to send the shoe and said what they could only do is refund the shoe they ordered wrongly, and have me pay the full price which is $60 more than the sale price as it is no longer the sale period.
Is it my fault that they ordered the wrong shoe and sent it to me? I had paid in advance on that day during the sale period, what i want is not the refund, but the shoe i should've received if it weren't for the mistakes made by the employee. I am upset that this happened and i am unable to recommend this store's services to my coworkers and relatives anymore, it was not my fault for what happened, so why do i have to go and reorder that shoe again at full price when i should have received that exact shoe during the sale period at a discounted price? This is unacceptable.
Wanted to buy a pair of white skechers, after been given the item requested, sales assisted proceded with other duties. I waited for her a few minutes, she didn’t come back to check if they were good (which they weren’t) I took them off, only then the asked me if they were ok, I said they were a bit too loose, she didn’t offer another size or product. I was prepared to pay for the right fit.she list herself a sale! Not going back again.
Great customer service. Short on staff but the 2 ladies were doing their best to keep up. Great job ladies! Hope you get a pay increase

Came in and store was rather busy. Was greeted with the brightest of smiles and welcomed by one girl. I was then browsing and offered a hand by a different girl named Sasha who was absolutely wonderful and had extensive knowledge on the products which was a great help. Then when I was waiting to check out I noticed a customer being rather rude to Sasha at the counter, as I was about to say something to the customer I stopped and listened and was in awe of how professional and wonderful Sasha handled the situation. If it was me I wouldn’t have had the patience. Overall the best experience I’ve had in retail. Thank you to all of the girls working and congratulations to sketchers for training your staff so wonderfully.

Not a problem with the products. But there is a problem with an employee named Sasha.
If she there then, do not buy anything. She messes up the order and she will give you some others reciept.
Enter the store—>and try to ask for a help and the girl will straight away with a rude face says “sorry i am already helping someone else”. I could have waited if the same thing was said in a friendly and nice way as I wasn’t rushing to her for a help. It was just that i saw her standing next to me. —>exit
One of the rudest staff I have ever encountered at a retail store! Would never recommend to visit this store.the shoes are great but service is the worst.
Shopped here 31/10 evening. The Asian girl at the entrance screeching customers was friendly. The Caucasian lady that was helping customers getting shoes were friendly, too. The other Caucasian lady at the cash register does not know customer service at all. No manners whatsoever. Her face just says “pay and get out”. It is really not that hard to be nice and genuine. You could do a lot better.
Staff were very nice and the shoes were pretty but the first pair I bought had loose threads on day one and had to be replaced. The second pair did last me about a year but today I noticed a huge rip along the stitching. It was fine a few days ago. Ive never seen a rip this big show up in a pair of sneakers out of nowhere.
Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise because my feet and ankles feel weak and absolutely horrendous.
These reviews are not about the Chadstone store but Skechers as a company and such poor customer service. I bought a pair of shoes and the laces did not last 3 months. I registered the complaint online a few times and all I received is an auto-reply with their website address. I tried to ring the Customer service number and finally after several attempts they asked me to take them to the nearest store. I went to Chadstone in the hope of getting the new laces as they are quite specific and I couldn't find them anywhere else either. I was told by the store Manager that they don't stock laces. After some discussions Manager agreed to help me. She emailed the customer service in my presence and promised me that someone from Customer service will call me back and so far it has been more than 2 weeks and no one has called me back. Since, I needed another pair, I had to spent another $170 to purchase one more pair which is a total waste of money. I have promised myself I am not buying another Skechers ever again.
Very helpful and friendly staff. I loved the experience in this store. Service was 10/10, really appreciate the work of staff, but why there is so much hate in the reviews.
Visited it at peak time but I haven't had to wait at all.it was really quick, approx took 12 minutes to buy pair of work shoes and sox. I appreciate the staff working behind in busy hours.
Definately recommended to have visit, they have many options and designs.
To Chadstone Skechers, I'll gonna visit very soon to buy more for my partner

Worst customer service ever. After reading reviews of customers I guess the management should change the staff. So pathetic customer service.
Unwelcoming, and not helping the customers when they ask for help is not done.

Highly disappointing and trash customer service
Poor customer service, leaving customer unattended when customer needed more information, continue chatting with another staff. Not worth spending my coins in this store with such service. This store lost a customer.

Went there with my two year old. So unwelcomed by the two women who's not trying to sell anything. Either you should stop selling kids' shoes or give the job to someone who can do. First when I saw being ignored, thought it was a mistake. Second I saw it I knew it was deliberate. Third time I saw it straight out of the shop. Never again.
