I was looking for some walking shoes that are still cute for work, I had my heart set on the mint uno’s but they didn’t have my size, then a sassy brunette angel named Megan came to my rescue! She told me she could order them to my house and gave me a different colour to try the sizes, she was super kind and clear and explained how it worked really well!

But the fat women is rude. Not helpful. Not kind. Very disappointing service.

Skechers are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The sales person at Southland was very helpful getting sizes to try on and helping me decide on the two I purchased, (to replace two I had worn out) from the different options I had tried on. The Geowalk machine washable slip ons are perfect for around the home or to the local shops, while the memory foam runners are perfect for the gym or long walks. I have been wearing Skechers for years and are so glad that they are much more readily available locally then they were years ago. If you haven't got a pair go and try, you won't regret it. 28.8 OK the memory foam Sketchers are not perfect for gym, 12 months on the rowing machine and the heel part has completely worn through, huge holes, now unwearable. Shoes obviously quite flimsy, really disappointing.

The Southland store didn’t have the size I wanted and the women that serviced me was very helpful in looking up for where they had them available and called the store to put them as side for me. Very helpful

Staff at the counter were very helpful Got something online and went for exchange. Very quick and efficient.

Most comfortable shoes. Hubby bought a pair and loves them. Though get the ones that are higher to your ankle for more support.

The chadstone and The Glen stores are great. Service 10/10 Southland store not so much 3/10. Didn’t give the correct information and didn’t really want to help. The Chaddy store the girls were fantastic, the pair of shoes I wanted was the last pair and the searched till they found them. Great service

I purchased some shoes online that were too big and had to return them. The customer service was exceptional and so helpful! As soon as I walked in I was greeted in a friendly but not pushy manner and I was able to exchange my shoes for a size that fit. I even bought some other ones in a different colour. They didn't have them in stock but ordered them and they are being delivered free to my home! I can't rate this store highly enough and wish I had got the guys name that served me to give him the credit he deserves!

Went in to buy some shoes for work, found the range just inside the door and looked at what I was interested in. The two staff were busy at the counter so I stood and waited. Once one of the staff was free she checked on two other people who were looking around who had come in after me. She then proceeded to straighten up stock and when she came close to me said "Are you happy to continue browsing" which was odd as I had been standing looking at the counter with my arms folded for a few minutes. I showed her the shoes I was interested in and explained what i would be using the for, tried them on and bought the shoes. I find the shoes are very hard on the heel and I will now need to buy some sort of cushioned insole to see if they are better. Overall poor service, not friendly and a poor recommendation.

Absolutely horrible service.
Recently purchased a few pairs of shoes last week.

One pair was tight.
Kept sales docket, rang the store & was advised i could exchange.

Came into store today, the Manager would not assist at all.
Her customer complaint resolution was lacking.

I will not go back to Sketchers at all, due to this unprofessional service. They have lost me as a customer.

Not sure what happened, but the service here has become absolutely disgusting and very obviously racist. Me and my mum walked into the store, were ignored in favour of another customer and when we asked for a pair of shoes, they were dumped on a bench away from us while the sales assistant walked off.

I have been wearing Skeches shoes for many years, I have had a few operations on my feet over the past 2 years & have had difficulty with shoes.
I would like to say how helpful & understanding the staff in DFO Cheltenham & in particular a young lady Dilara have been. Thankyou

$30 skechers what more can i say?
Was served by Lovely guy who helped my daughter by getting her 3 sizes of shoe as it was a "goldilocks" moment
