Unfair and cheat trader. I haven't received a refund of my returned boxes, even though he agreed but never paid me the refund and now he keeps ignoring my messages and calls.

Happy with the quality and price of SK timber floors. I was searching for something durable but at a reasonable price since I was on a very tight budget. I was initially set to buy the starting range $17+ from Bunnings which was 8mm/AC3 rated (residential) but was happy to have stumbled accidentally across SK timber in my internet search. SK is offering better 12mm/AC4 grade which is already commercial grade and same price as bunnings 8mm. The boards were easy to install, have pleasing design aesthetics, good locking and fitment and tough as. SK underlay is also competitively priced. I can recommend SK and will buy from them again for my future flooring projects.

I have to say SK did a great job. The prices are perfect and unbeatable and the quality of the product is at par with the best in the market. I am very happy with work done. Done in time, no complains and exquisite work by the installer. The floor has completely been transformed. I couldn't be better anywhere else! Highly recommended!

Follow up: The first thing that was said to me when I walked through the door was “the prices have gone up since Christmas”. And isn’t it interesting that there was no stock of the cheaper product available, only the $17pm.

Excellent customer service, product quality and workmanship from John and his team.

These guys removed old carpet and layers of stuborn vinyl flooring before installing new vinyl planks in an old house. John checked in on the work progress regularly and the installers were very professional. We faced a few issues with uneven flooring and slanted walls etc but these were resolved with Ravi and Kumal's great attention to detail and technical skill. Vinyl planks came with 25 yr warranty. The entire project took just two weeks from quote to finish (1 day for removal and 2.5 days for installation).

Not only is it cheap it is also extremely good quality. I had them do a 80 year old house with crooked floors and somehow they managed to install a level floating floor with an extreme attention to detail and suburb finish.
