Ken entered my residence and began walking me through the process of installing my new dishwasher, but by the time he left we had spoken about far more. He is just a pleasure to be around, but that does not take away from his capacity as a professional, there were difficulties involved in the installation that could not have been forseen.however, Ken made sure to clearly communicate the circumstances and costs involved and did the additional work on the spot which was surprising.

Ken went out of his way to ensure that the delivery and installation of my new dishwasher happened as soon as possible.
From the start, it was obvious that Ken knew his stuff. He immediately diagnosed the reason for the failure of my old dishwasher and explained to me in easy to understand language why it had failed and what he would do to ensure I didn’t have a problem with my new purchase.
He took care in installing my new dishwasher, and during our conversations he demonstrated a huge knowledge of the various dishwasher brands and their strengths and weaknesses.
When he had finished the install, he showed me the work he had done and also gave the more thorough demonstration of how to use the dishwasher.
He didn’t simply install and leave, he genuinely cared that I understood the way to get the best out of my purchase.
To say I’m impressed is an understatement- this was a first class install with the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Who would have thought a dishwasher installation could leave you feeling so happy and confident? ! I expected when I bought my new dishwasher that the installation would be a half-hearted transactional service, but with Ken it was the complete opposite.

He spent his time making sure everything was done well and to a high standard, then took me through all of the great features of the dishwasher and how to get the best out of it.

We had ken attend our property for a dishwasher installation. We knew the previous installer (not affiliated with s&K home care services) had done a poor job and that because of this, this job was a little harder than it should have been. Ken arrived on time, and completed the job with ease and to a very high standard. He even took the time to educate and teach me all of the operations of my new appliance that I was completely unaware of. He was extreamly helpful, informative and professional.
