Food Taste: mediocre, nothing special but not the worst, garlic naan was confusing as it felt more like a pita with barely garlic powder seasoning on it

Food Portion: small and the server advised the rice was enough for two people, however was not enough for my partner. Butter Chicken and Butter Paneer was a few chunks of meat/paneer/veggies swimming in a pool of sauce, if we were appropriately advised of serving sizes it would have been less disappointing as the table needed to be cleared by a certain time and couldn’t have ordered more.

Overall: overpriced food

Service: friendly manager/owner, bit too nice, wouldn’t let my partner pour his own water. I understand some people may like to be checked on whilst they eat, however we were checked on 3 times within a 45 minutes time frame. Please let us eat, if we need to return the table within 60 minutes let us focus on eating and enjoy our dinner.

Atmosphere: we came before it was busy for the night, they were still setting tables so did not see it’s at its busiest. Music choice was good, place smelled very strong but did not linger on clothes. I personally would have liked a little more lighting as it was a bit dark, however if that’s what’s preferred for your dates I think it is good!

Our Airbnb host recommended this place for dinner so we went to check it out. Usually it’s a hit or miss trying out different Indian restaurants but this one was really good! “Medium” spice level was actually spicy (we loved it!). Got the chicken tikka masala and saag paneer - both dishes tasted fresh and made with love. The owner was very personable and friendly as well. Garlic naan and saffron rice was great too. Good amount of food for us two people! Also the mango mojito was delicious and refreshing.

Sam is such a wonderful host, he was so warm and friendly upon our arrival. We had booked a table for 13 people, and ordered a large assortment of curries and nan breads. All of the curries tasted fantastic and the naan breads were fresh and beautiful.

Best Indian we’ve had in Australia. Highly recommend and thank god this one is local now for us. We will be back. Also the service was great, all staff were very attentive. Food was amazing.

We got takeaway from Sizzler last night and were extremely impressed with the experience we had. We told them that we are both vegan and they immediately explained exactly which items on the menu were vegan/could be made vegan. When we went in to pick up the food the host was very friendly and we had a nice chat with him. The food was really tasty and we were very satisfied with the portion sizes and the quality of the food. We feel fortunate to have stumbled upon this restaurant and will definitely be back next time we visit the area ️

I had my birthday dinner on 24/11 with my family and food, customer service, and ambience was just awesome and perfect.

This will be our new favourite to celebrate our occasions and will be travelling from Bendigo. Plenty of vegan options. All different items on menu we ordered was delicious and garlic naan was the winner.

Rural hospitality and fantastic service and food … a great mix of northern and southern Indian cuisine and ice cold golf ate beers … what’s not to love.

Best dining experience in a long time, if you want the best Indian in Macedon Ranges and the best customer service you need to book a table asap. Sam is the nicest, funniest man and his staff are so polite and helpful. Definitely worth the drive from romsey. If you want hot you'll get hot, the prawn masala was to die for. Can't wait to go back there again. Such great restaurant and so clean too. Keep up the great work guys you are amazing

The dining area is little lacking in warmth and atmosphere, but the service is warm friendly and inviting.
The food is plentiful and of a very good solid standard

Great Indian food had the fish laksa and luckily was advised to have medium heat nice friendly service

Don't be fooled by the gaudy branding, this place serves real indian food. Delicious, especially if you're not too delicate for spice. Sam, the host and owner, is a gentleman.
