Service was excellent and thorough, the car was very clean and very economical 830 km per tank full.would highly recommend them will use them again in the future.

I needed to hire a car for a few days due to a car accident. SixT was the chosen car hire service that my car insurance RACV chose for me to use whilst my car was being repaired. SixT was friendly, asked me what sort of car I'd prefer and after choosing a brand new Suzuki Swift; I was shown everything about the car and photos were taken to secure me of not being charged for damage. The tank was full, the car was clean and a pleasure to drive. Upon returning the car, I called SixT to let them know when I'd be returning their car; they were ready for me on arrival walked outside with me to the car, checked it, asked if I enjoyed driving the car and said hope to see you again. The staff went to extreme lengths to secure me with an appropriate vehicle at very short notice. The vehicle was clean, the contract management was efficient and I was shortly on my way. Thank you Frankston.

I kept seeing that "SIXT" sign around town more and more. On cars and trucks while driving. Didn't think I'd need to drive a hire car so soon - yet here I am today driving one from SIXT - thanks to my motor insurer (my own car is being repaired). Everything about collecting the car from SIXT was quick and easy. Five stars!

Picking up and dropping was fast and easy. Returned early and was only charged for the time o use not the time booked. Brilliant.

RACV referred us to SIXT for a car rental as a result of our car being repaired. Our experience with SIXT was that we were impressed by the service, car rented and the friendly and courteous manner in which we were treated.

We were quoted $150 for a 24 hour rental then asked to give credit card. They said only the $150 would be taken out and told there is a $200 bond which would not be withdrawn unless there was an issue upon return. They took $350 before we even returned the van! When questioned, they said that it is company policy to do this and we would have to wait 10 days to get OUR money back. They have 2,000 outlets worldwide each with many vehicles, figure how much interest they earn with this scam. So they mislead customers, take money that they are not entitled to and then the customer has to wait til they issue the refund. Will definitely go elsewhere next time.

Thank you for the speed of service in initially picking up the hire car and thank you to Romeo when I returned the car he was prompt with his inspection and thanked me for washing the car and vacuuming. I’d be happy to recommend SIXT to friends and family. Cheers

To SixT: you say you don’t take online/over-the-phone funding due to security reasons as of late but on site eftpos is just as if not a weaker way respectfully regarding hack proof

Unrelated extra: The poor great dane didn’t like the noise of a flat or the things we had to go through getting back on the road

All good, no real issues, only that the car wasn’t particularly clean on pick up and they usually are.

Kayleigh was brilliant, explained things beautifully and was most helpful. I would definitely use again and recommend them.

Great service with minimal fuss and the hiring process was easy, the Ute I hired was close to brand new which was a bonus, definitely recommend.

Always a good experience with Sixt. Have used both here and in the Uk, always excellent customer service. Had to extend rental period and it was no problem.

Customer service officer (Kayla) was excellent, very helpful and attentive.

Online booking was good however not getting an instant confirmation could have presented a problem. Message said it could have taken up to two days to confirm, I only had one day available. However did not matter in the end as it then confirmed pretty quickly, but I was thinking I may need to look elsewhere before it confirmed.

Quick, friendly and fantastic service. I will definitely be using them on my next trip south. I would highly recommend them.

Fairly priced and transparent about potential extra charges, helped me out of a sticky situation for work while in between vehicles!

Amazing team and great service, the full fleet looks clean and well maintained.
My rental experience was exceeded by the staff and how simple they made the pickups and drop offs aswell as informing me off all optional extras for my rental.
