SIXT Car & Truck Rental Dandenong

I booked a car and planned my trip 1 week in advance only to go pick up the car and get told I was rejected from renting from them? Which is a joke since I satisfied all the fields and age and never had any accidents and it's not my first time renting a car. Just first time with them and if you ask can I please know why they say sorry we don't know just go find someone else
I ended up barely being able to find a car on the same day with someone else and paid double the price just because of the case of emergency
Terrible customer service and the whole situation seemed so dodgy

Update: after reading more reviews it does seem that the Dandenong staff sounds very racist so that could probably be it. And their customer service is useless anyways they don't do anything so I'm literally under the mercy of the staff
Just mentioning that before they reply with please submit a complaint or whatever. I already called the customer service and tried to resolve it and they said we can't help you because you're already rejected on the system and we don't know why there's no notes

Excellent customer service. Very accomodating and friendly.

Without a physical credit card they aren’t able to hire you a car, won’t take cash, won’t take debit card, won’t take credit through mobile phone visa and even providing them with my credit card number, expiry date and civ number. In the end they don’t even scan the card just type in the number and expiry. I used my wife’s credit card so they insisted then on charging me more as using her credit card for some reason makes her an additional driver. Try getting with the times and provide an easier service, won’t be back.

Renting is as easy as ABC. No hassles, wait times are minimal, and the staff members are very helpful. Good range of vehicles.

Dandenong branch, efficient and friendly service car was low km sixt used due to insurance job id recommend and use them myself now so thankyou

I had a very bad experience with the Dandenong branch. Beware of their hidden charges. Thieves.
They charged me extra money over $2000 for having an accident, even though I already paid a fee to reduce my access to $1000 just in case if an accident happens. Dodgy business. STAY AWAY.

Clean car quick service friendly staff budget friendly rental and newer cars I highly recommend to hire the hybrid camary.

I was crashed into by another driver while driving my rental car, I let them know of the crash straight away, Junior on the phone was Able to help me stay calm and relaxed in a very stressful situation.
I then went into Sixt Dandenong and had the manager Beth and Tyler at the desk help me out, they were so lovely and made the whole situation so much easier. I was dreading going into the shop due to the accident but they assured me everything was okay and made the whole process run smoothly.
Could not recommend these guys more, I had such a pleasant experience.
