Changing my review because I'm still waiting for my $200 deposit and they have billed me twice for fuel and not a word about my deposit I've called twice to get pushed out to another department then hung up on both times is very unprofessional and irefuse to hire from them again

Horrible experience with the girl working here, if she did not want to do her job and rent me a vehicle I would have prefer she just say so instead of having an episode of story time. At least Hertz were able to help me out.

I had a very negative experience, I was given a car that the girl said had a slow leak in the tyre ‘ but it will be fine’, the. That afternoon I had a flat tyre. It was a Sunday and when I rang I chose the option road side assist as the office was closed. I had it fixed fortunately very quickly but then got a text Monday morning to say I’d be charged $165 for the callout. It took me multiple phone calls to finally be told I would not be charged, yet I have a charge to my credit card, and also another charge for $43.36 with no explanation
