Would never shop at Campbell store the shop assistant at the store is very rude and unhelpful.
Made a purchase on line in fact a lot of purchases online and a couple didn’t fit well …I contacted the store online and was asked to return in store the rude assistant asked me why I purchase and return as if she never shopped online and didn’t know that sometimes clothes don’t fit as well as you hoped and their sizes are all over the place. I spend so much money at the store and regret giving them any business.
Don’t recommend this company at all.

I would never shop at Siricco again. I have been a loyal customer and spent a lot of money in the Camberwell shop. The old manager Roula was terrific but its gone massively down hill. No returns if you bring back 8 days later (in fact no returns even if you brought it back the next day). You are offered a credit note only by the indifferent store manager. If the luggage you purchase breaks, you will not get any information about the warranty, where to take it etc, just get told to google the website of the particular brand and find the information yourself. Any complaint to head office will be met with an even ruder and unprofessional General Manager who has no interest in hearing the complaint - does all the talking and no listening. If you try to speak, will hang up on you. Clueless about listening to feedback and 'customer service'. It's amazing anyone would shop in that business with the way customers are treated.
