Singh Bros Groceries reviews
21 Greatest example of poor customer service,
They setting an example what is called rude behaviours, no value for customer and worst attitude,
I’m traveller and asked for if they samosa,
It’s in fridge to take it very rude,
I Accdent let took cake that contain egg, and realised just after paying (not even a minute), and I ask if could return. Staff refused very rudely and showing poor attitude, I asked for speaking to someone refused,
Really rude staff, refusing, great example
Every time when i went to shop i found one or two products which has been expired from long time request to everyone if you are buying anything make sure check the date first
Most of the items available in the shop are out of date. The customer service is very bad owner denied the exchange of the items even clearly seen on the items that it’s expired.
To expensive than others we bought things and she charged us $10 more than the price which is written over there. She just cheat with customers.
This grocery shop is not bad, I never checked dates before but they are selling expired products intentionally as I bought drinks and snacks they both expired 4 months ago. I went and told them about it but they are still selling it from their shelves for $1. So please check the dates before paying money.
Great Shop Bhenji.
Ssa to all. Great deals and happy faces always. Good Diwali sweets, great stock. Mini India feeling
The prices are very expensive compared any other Indian groceries. I would never go there, rather I prefer going to other Indian shops in Dandenong or Clayton. The prices are like OMG, some items are even double the prices compared to other indian.
When I went for shopping mostly what I wanted not in stock and small packs were too pricey ended up with buying nothing
What a great shop this is. I used to come from Dandenong all the way here to shop every second day. Now we’ve shifted to Geelong and i still come all the way here once a week. Just a great shop and lovely staff experience. The lady there is great and aunty ji always smiling. They should open more franchises. They keep everything someone can as for. Yesterday I bought some Diwali items and my neighbours liked them soo much they took it off me. Now I have to go there and buy more. Just great. Thanks Aunty ji
Lovely buy!
Bought fryums from them and my kids love them. Soo much variety and range. Best indian grocery store in melbourne
Great Experience and Cheap buys. They've made my shopping experience worthwhile and affordable. Love the team and would come here often. 10 stars if i could. Thanks team
So we went to get some groceries from singh bros groceries and when i was paying for my groceries the lady sitting on the counter (always with such a bad attitude) put this small soup into my grocery bag by saying that its FREE and i really didn’t pay any attention to it on that time. When i came home and i checked my bag and looked on this soup and What i saw that this soup was expired 3 months ago. They are fooling people with 0.19cent soup. Like really.
Apart from that prices are always in the sky
Too expensive as compared to other indian groceries. They charge you more than the marked price. The lady owner insulted the employee in front of the customer. Poor little girl, i feel bad for her. I would never visit them again.
Always helpful & obliging, A well stocked business filled with Indian groceries & other delights. Too numerous to mention!
Stay away from this store absolute ripoff Curd price normal rate is $6.5 however here u pay 7+ I mean why? Staying in the business for long and not be fair with pricing is ridiculous. Please avoid these kind of money-making machines and encourage honest valued stores
Just too expensive than other Indian shops and selling expired items by relabel them with new dates.
One of your staff (short girl-punjabi) is always rude.never smiles and whenever we ask for something, she never answers politely.i have seen this to other customers too.teach her how to respect others and atleast when there is a kid, u can smile for the kid and not be so arrogant.the other lady with specs, tall girl is very good.she is your best staff.comes from a regular shopper at your store.your store is great with all the products available.
Good place to purchase indian products in australia. Almost all products we find in India are available here.
We always go here. Good deals and excellent owners. Always friendly and always willing to assist.
