5Making decisions in the world of telecommunications has traditionally unsettled me, and yet joining forces with the Sinefo family was one led with education and knowledge. We felt safe in their care and feel gratitude for their support and persistence. Their diligence and professionalism is second to none.
Long time customer but in the last month or so they have lost the plot. Multiple emails, calls and still no response. Spoke to 3 people this week and still cant get a call back. They simply don't care - very disappointing.
We have been dealt with Sinefo for a long time, they are very professional and responsive. The investments are absolutely value for money.
