Possibly the worst customer experience anyone could possibly endure
- a promised 2 hour iPad repair turned into a 2 day repair and eventually a 2 week repair
- the original price quoted was in fact doubled on completion
- After 2 weeks the iPad again failed to work.
We were told that it was our fault for putting it in our luggage, when we pointed out that the iPad was in fact carried in a handbag, we were told that we must have dropped it. Despite the device at all times being in a protective case and displaying no signs of damage.
The repair person refused to either refund the cost or to repair the iPad correctly.

At every stage of interacting with this business, we were lied to.
No responsibility or accountability was forthcoming
I hope no one else is ever subjected to such shameful conduct.
Please shop around and don’t waste your time or money at such a “business “
