Simpsons Burgers reviews
73 Intoxicated
I went to eat yesterday and I asked the chef if he had a gluten free option, (especially bread) etc. He doubted but in the end he said yes, so I ordered a hamburger. Hours later I got sick with all the symptoms that celiac people have when we feel intoxicated. Even a day later I vomited. It is a shame that there are restaurants or workers who do that and play with people's health. I will never go again and I should report this matter since I have been intoxicated.other people may even die.disappointing
Very humble and down to earth shop with the most delicious and juicy burgers in all of Melbourne CBD!
The serving sizes are good and they’re cheaper than everywhere else, not to mention their ingredients taste really fresh and the meat is very juicy. The workers are very friendly too. You won’t be getting the most aesthetically plated burger but you won’t be paying for the instagram markup either. The food is delicious, fresh and 100% worth the money.
Would highly recommend The American and The Spicy Chicken.
The Tango Simpsons beef burger is soft and delicious. The Simpson chips doesn't have enough seasoning though.
I like ordering the items named after the place, so I got the Simpsons Burger. It is a classic salad burger, the patty was really tasty, with a nice flame-grilled flavour. Lettuce, tomato and pickles were super fresh. You can see that they care about their food. Staff are friendly too. Will def be coming back.
Tasty classics and burgers with a twist but old school style, definitely crushed my burger craving
Best burgers in Melbourne. Friendly staff. I used to live right next to it but am the other side of the city so Uber eats it regularly.
Amazing burgers and amazing people. I tell everybody who goes to the city about this place. I wouldn't change a thing
Have you heard about this burger joint? ! My bf wanted to try this place so we ordered it from ubereats. I didn’t know that we actually were so close to the place!
We ordered:
Big Boy - Beef patty with egg, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, mustard and tomato sauce
Muscle Up - Double everything from Big Boy and added pickles
Simpsons Chips and Poutine
Just by looking at them when I opened the boxes, I was already drooling! The burgers were quite heavy so we know its packin’ juicy patties After the first bite, I was in love!?
The burgers tasted like they were homecooked made with so much love and attention and we could also taste the fresh ingredients they’re using. The buns had great thickness to hold the ingredients together and nicely toasted. The sauces on both burgers were amazing, they really complemented each ingredients inside the burger.
The chips themselves were perfectly seasoned with the right amount of salt. The poutine gravy was the best! I’d recommend everyone to get the poutine instead of the regular, just to taste that elevated flavors.
Overall, we can see ourselves ordering here again (and probably often) in the future, especially when the burger craving kicks in!
Small shop but great burgers, phone ordered and they were ready in 10 minutes. Happy with the taste and value - will return.
The contents of the burger is quite tasty, the only let down for this burger, in my opinion, was the burger bun. It reminded me of a hungry jacks bun. Although in saying that, this comes down to preference and each individual taste.
The poutine was nice, perhaps a bit too much cheese for my liking as they all stuck together in one clump but again, comes down to preference.
The pricing of the items is really cheap especially for Melbourne. I would definitely give this place a try for yourself.
Probably one of the cheaper burgers you can get. It was a decent burger, but I was wanting a bit more flavor. It is definitely one of the bigger burgers in the city so you’re getting a bang for your buck. Solid place, but there are other options like Bettys that I would recommend more.
Amazing burgers and chips. I highly recommend the Southern Fried Chicken Burger. Simpsons Burgers is now my favourite place to eat in all of Melbourne. Thanks!
I ordered the spicy burger and I loved it! It wasn't greasy at all. The beef party was flame grilled and the salads too were crisp and fresh. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other burgers.
Literally the best burgers ever definitely worth a try won't disappoint very friendly staff and not expensive at all
Ordered 2 tango Simpson’s burgers on way to the airport after a busy couple of days. To my surprise both burgers had bacon included, when the online menu clearly had no bacon. When I called, they apologised and said they had changed their menu “in store”. Not good enough, atleast warn customers when ordering that the menu had changed and update the online menu. Greatly disappointed
The place is cozy and they have best halal burgers in melbourne
Simpsons burger has flavour, style and the best quality meat. They cook it to perfection and with great service.love this place
Also must try chicken fingers
Must eat place for everyone
These are hands down the best burgers I have ever had, made with care to absolute perfection. The chips are also amazing, crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Not to mention the fantastic customer service.
Simply the best burger in city, meaty and juicy and tastes great, these guys know what they are doing:)
OMG.delightful burgers. Ordered the spicy southern fried chicken burger - full of heat and flavour. Cheeseburger was delicious and perfectly cooked, as was the plain chicken burger. The bacocheese was brilliant. Perfectly priced for affordability while not skimping on quality and excellent service
