Absolutely pathetic customer service. They wasted my and my partner's time over and over again. In the first instance, I was told that a call would be organized with Russel so he can discuss property options with me. When I joined the call, I was told that he was in another meeting and I had to wait. After waiting for 30 mins, I was told that Russel needs to move the meeting to some other day. The second time around, I got a call 15 mins prior to the meeting saying that Russel is busy and needs to move the meeting again. Then the third time around, I clearly informed them to let Russel know that this is the last opportunity and he better make his commitments. But guess what, again this time, after joining the zoom meeting I was told that Russel is "busy".
If these people cannot even give an hour of their time to prospective clients, I can only imagine what scams they must be running to existing clients. Beware and definitely a NO GO from me.

What a journey it was with Simply wealth. Truly Amazing!

It was Nov-2021, like many others we were looking to buy our 1st property in Australia, but not sure how to pursue or whom to trust. I came across simply wealth and had my initial conversations with Becky and then detailed meetings with Russel. We were bit skeptical initially but the knowledge and the strategy proposed by Russel created lot of confidence and faith in him. Within a month we signed contract for 2 houses in Melbourne. Our 1st property was settled with excellent quality and waiting for tenants to move in. I must appreciate the great work by Becky in taking care of the whole build process and it was totally hassle free. Russel was someone who has great on the ground knowledge in properties and was always there to support/enlighten us.
