As retirees who travel with our caravan for six to eight months a year, it was fantastic to have a program designed with our travelling lifestyle in mind. Amongst other things my back pain has decreased, my balance has improved greatly and my husband’s blood pressure is back under control. Really impressed!
Simply stronger has been a great place for me to become more stable on my feet due to me having parkinson's I tend to fall over quite a bit but my EP Nick is very patient with me and he also encourages me to be my best. Everyone that I have dealt with at simply stronger are so nice and make you feel super comfortable in their presence! Sarah the owner is super friendly and very nice If you are thinking of going to see an EP I would most certainly recommend going to Simply Stronger!

I have been working as a support worker alongside the exercise physiologist Emily recently in supporting a young man who has an intellectual disability. Emily has been exceptional and has built a rapport with him very quickly through her professional and charismatic nature whilst adding elements of fun to engage him in his exercise program.
I have MS, and that together with COVID lockdowns and needing a hip replacement, left me nearly unable to walk. I started at Simply Stronger 9 months ago, and my tailored program from Sara (even delivered at home when I wasn't able to attend through COVID) has got me back on my feet and nearly back to where I want to be. The difference is in their training as exercise physiologists. A very thorough understanding of our biodynamics applied to rehab situations. At the very least, you should give it a go, and see if it suits your needs

My body has been through all sorts of trauma and no one has been able to keep me moving and increase my fitness and strength as well as the EP's at Simply Stronger. I required rehab work after 2 major surgeries as well as ongoing maintenance and it's been an absolute pleasure to keep exercising with Sara and co.

When I started working with Sara about 5 years ago I could barely walk - but I'm up and running (literally) now. We started with very basic rehab and have progressed all the way through the strength and conditioning pilates exercises into more vigorous work as I got stronger and stronger. Can't recommend her highly enough.
The staff at simply stronger were fantastic. I went there for treatment for a persisting pain in my shoulder that I’d just given up treatment on, and they had me sorted in a matter of weeks. I only wish there was a 6 star option, I like them so much.
