I just try the food for the first time (paneer dosa and pau bhaji) and it was lit and i love the service of their staff

I had an amazing experience at Simply Indian during my birthday party yesterday. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. I'm a regular customer, and I must say that the staff, including Harpreet, Mandeep, and Taran, were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Their hospitality truly made the celebration special. I highly recommend this restaurant for its fantastic food and top-notch service!

Its not bad but not taste like samosa chat too much spicy and price is unreasonably high 15$

Four of us had lunch yesterday. Food was delicious and service is probably the quickest in OZ. We had Gongura pulao, pepper goat curry, baingan masala, naan and masala chaas. Every single item was great.

Food was very nice, staff (Raman & Harpreet) were welcoming as well.
Will visit again for sure.

I had lunch today it was excellent. Raman the name of the girl working at the counter was really tidy, clean and attractive.she explain the menu in such a professional manner.it’s really uncommon to find this much professional crew in an indian restaurant.will come back for sure.

We use to love this place. But last three four times we are very dissatisfied with the food. FOOD SEEMS TO BE NOT FRESHLY COOKED. IT SEEMS ITS KEPT FROZEN AND AND RE HEAT BEFORE SERVING. Food was not fresh and hot. EVEN NAAN WAS NOT FRESH. NOT GOING ANYMORE.

Very poor customer service. Won’t visit again. The lady waitress hit the high chair while walking around, my 11 month old was about to fall. She didn’t even apologise. We made a booking before visiting, they forgot to note it down. They were unwelcoming.

We tried this restaurant for the first time and enjoyed the dishes we tried. The mango lassi is great here different to what the other Indian restaurants serve you. We also ordered the Papdi chaat and were very impressed with the presentation, quality and taste. One of the best chaats we have had in Melbourne so far. The paneer schezwan noodles tasted great expect for the paneer as it just had a bit of sour taste. Also tried the chicken biryani which was again great taste.

Chicken 65 biryani and chat was delicious. Miss having them in Docklands.

Also tried their Ramadan menu recently. It was good change from our usual order.

Quality is not good anymore. Ordered masala Baingan for take away. The container is full of oil, not tasty as salt was missing and quantity is not good too. Prices gone up but quality has gone terribly down.

This place is beautifully decorated I just love the design the place and sitting area I’ve been to soooooo many Indian restaurants in Melbourne I can fairly say this one is the best Among them all unfortunately I don’t live in melton I just come here whenever I visit my family. Also The customer services is amazing here very nice girls working here friendly service and very clean and hygienic. I just ordered the samosas because I wasn’t hungry and since I love samosa sooo much and I was amazed how good is it They have the best samosas I’ve ever eaten in my life I’ve 15 years I’ve been eating Indian food for 15 years never eat a samosa tasted that delicious and juicy.thank you soooo much for taking us and u were soon to close.:)

Today I had lunch in this restaurant and the food was really very delicious and the service was great. A really good thank to Aman and diksha.

The food is just amazing. Reasonably priced, attentive service. My boyfriend is now a converted indian food fan!

Ordered takeaway and all the meals had great flavour and hit home!
A bit on the pricer side, but the food was awesome and worth the effort. Loved it!

I had a pathatic experience in Simply Indian Melton yesterday night. I went there to have dinner with my family and we all ordered dosas. Firstly, serving was so bad, the girl who was serving dosa plate on my table was looking on another table and handing over plate to me from another corner of the table where my 6 years old was sitting. She doesn't know how to keep the plate on the table.
When i started eating i felt the sambhar was tasting bad. It was spoiled. I asked the waiter that sambhar is spoiled, she said "thats not possible, we cooked it in the evening". I started eating again. Again it tasted bad to me. I was so worried as I am pregnant and my kids were eating the same sambhar. I went to the counter and said the same thing again. Again they did not bother and after 5 minutes another girl brought a bowl of sambhar from the kitchen. I tasted that one and that one was fresh. She served the old spoiled sambhar to me earlier. Nobody was even sorry for this. They were not ready to accept their mistake.
I wish I could give them 0 rating for their behaviour and the quality of food they served

We went on Thursday for dinner food was awesome and customer service was fabulous i can give a plus point for customer service.

Food at this place is ok but they increase price every week. I used to order Chicken 65 Biryani family pack in $60 which has increased to $80 in short span. On top of it if I order on Sunday there is surcharge. Seems like this is also one of those restaurants increasing prices because there are not enough students to work on low salaries.

We ordered chicken tikka masala, butter nun and chicken 65 biriyani. Food was really tasty and customer service was good however price was a bit higher!
I would recommend my family and friends.
