Dave is a amazing Blacksmith! I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to start blacksmithing. I recently did a 1 day lesson with him and it was a amazing experience! His knowledge blew me away! The one day with Dave has made me really want to pursue this path! He goes above and beyond with everything. Every question i asked, he explained in depth.

I recently completed the one day introduction course with Dave and found it to be absolutely incredible. Dave has amazing skills, knowledge and passion which he is more than willing to share with you. He covered all of basic techniques I was looking for and went above and beyond to answer any questions. Dave your knowledge and passion are amazing and certainly made the day so much more than I ever thought it could be. Anyone thinking of doing this course should. It’s an incredible experience. I sought a blacksmith and discovered a true craftsman. David designed and fabricated a very functional and aesthetically pleasing set of elongated fire tongs suitable for use with my pizza oven. I am a very satisfied customer of Simply Forged.
