Simplots current online application process discriminates against uneducated people, & has the potential to make people lie in order to proceed through the application.
The section that requests our educational history only has 3 options, secondary & two tertiary. So one cannot apply online if one hasn't completed a year 10 minimum because the application process requires an answer for that question in order to proceed through the application.
So by default, people without a year 10 cert' either cannot apply or are forced to lie if they choose to proceed.
