We purchased our first property and everything was perfect, except for the big ugly air con unit on the balcony. After some searching we found simplee, who offered a solution via air con covers. They offer a few different sizes as a norm, but our unit was complicated and required a custom cut and fit. This wasn't a problem though. We were looked after by Trevor, who not only offered a custom fitting, but also a custom paint job to match the rest of our balcony, all at a very surprising, reasonable price. Trevor also followed up his work, and weeks later asked if everything was ok. That is what I call great old fashioned service. Highly recommended.
