None of the staffs want to work or give you a hand. Walked in there, tried to ask questions, blatantly ignored me because they were busy gossiping. What’s the point of you working here or having a store here even?

Great specials, if you can handle the foul staff.

I'm visit regularly, however I do so with my head phones on.

The women have a bee in their bonnet, they follow you around the store, asking about size.

Then when you purchase, they have the hide to say do you need help with sizes? !

Wt. I think I know my own body size and don't need you to hold my hand when trying on briefs.

Back off and learn some manners, ladies.

Reviews got me all ready for battle going in. Totally not necessary! They were so sweet and attentive, made me feel very welcome with lots of smiles:) not to mention the slip I bought was beautiful and comfortable.

Left the store extremely disappointed and humiliated. Walked in with money to spend, with the intention of getting fitted and buying two bras. However I was told by staff with snarky looks that they "couldn't help me" and to head down to the bonds store were they would have '"something for me". It was the worst experience I have ever had and I felt downgraded and disrespected.
However, I'm glad I got sent away to the Bonds store because I spent money towards a well deserved company.

Great location right next to the station. You need to call by frequently as stock changes all the time. Time it right and you can pick up a $100+ bra for $25, I have several times.

Love the product.
Customer service depends on a staff.
When I see lovely middle age lady assistant (I forgot her name), I know I will get great service and advise.
When young women assistant in store, I will have no service. I would not even bother to get in to the shop.
Honesty, in a bra shop it should be older women assistants with a dicent bra size themself. Then they would know how to help and advise.
Skinny, boobless young girls have no idea what to do, no matter how you train them.
It's it discrimination against young age. It is a NECESSITY for this business.

Really mixed feelings, about this store. Love the lingerie, read reviews before I went so was prepared for pushy sales staff. Having 30 years bra fitting buying and wearing experience I require little assistance.em a 55 year old. STAFF OF THIS STORE PLEASE NOTE, YOU ARE INTRUSIVE. I bought three bras because there are so few SP stockists and was totally ignored at David Jones the day before and was only approached by staff on my way out.
The assistants at the store was not helpful even though it was insistent and seemingly compulsory. The final straw was when I got home the electronic tag being left on one of them. The price in the location or right all staff require retraining in customer service

Customer Service sucked! All I asked for was a little help with my size because I've put on weight; instead, Manager Diana insisted on seeing me in everything I tried and kept describing everything I touched and/or chose to buy without being asked for her opinion i.e. When I rejected a pair for not being shorties she went on to explain what a tanga was without being asked! I'm nearly 40yo, I have been wearing SP since I was 12yo and I know what a freaking tanga is, I just choose not to wear uncomfortable underwear anymore! Diana further refused to sell me a bra when I suggested wearing it with a bra extender, kept suggesting flesh-coloured styles (ya boring) and felt the need to explain to me what she thought was a 'good' colour yellow, what a box is and how to use a ribbon! Does it say 'stupid' on my forehead?
Last but not least, before I left she told me that "I should think of HER every time I wear my new underwear" (creepy much?) and when I asked her to repeat herself she corrected it to "I should feel comfortable every time I wear them". Hello? That was the reason why I bought them!

That was the last time I sunk $900 in that store to be treated like a hobo who's never seen underwear before:
-change rooms don't lock (curtains),
-assistants pretend to not see you when you wave at them and when they do, they are condescending and bitchy, and,
-style range is really limited for the SP connoisseur/euse!

Next time I'm heading to David Jones or buy online!

If you're wondering why your sales have dropped in this store: THIS is why!

Great customer service! Smiling, helpful and competent ladies, even on a sunday afternoon! Besides, Simone Perele is one the best brand: sophisticated, beautiful and comfortable french lingerie. And the prices in that store? Amazing! And dangerous ;)
Thank you!
