Excellent service! I will certainly be back for all of my bra shopping needs. I absolutely hate bra shopping and usually feel pretty average after doing so, but I left feeling so confident in myself and purchases.

Just drove to the Brunswick outlet to look for new underwear. The brunette middle aged sales lady was extremely rude and unhelpful, said there was nothing in my size (12C) and when I asked for direction she just shook her head and said maybe there was something in the full priced section. I felt unwelcome and left as quickly as I came. She didn’t smile or offer to help and I was the only customer in the shop.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at the Brunswick outlet yesterday. I selected a bra and briefs only to find upon presentation of the receipt that I had been charged $105 for the bra instead of the marked sale price of $90. The attendant said it came from another store and was incorrectly priced. She called the Manager who agreed. It wasn’t the only bra on the rack marked at that price. I changed my mind and left the store. All my lingerie has been purchased at that outlet over years and previously I have been very satisfied. Discussed with friends who encouraged this review.

Been to this outlet a few times now with my partner and we both found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they help my partner with fitting and selection but made us both feel very comfortable to take the time to find some really great bargains. Highly recommended.

Fabulous service - really outstanding- and staff with exceptional knowledge of what might fit best. Good range of bras - not so many knickers and silk PJs mostly bigger sizes left. This is now my go to bra shop. Thanks so so much. Jill from Qld

I have a drawer full of bras from this store that I bought online, all of which I have been happy with - until a bra disintegrated. Despite explaining that it had only been machine washed and line dried I was told that it had either been melted or an extreme heat had been applied. It had never even been in a dryer, let alone near anything hot. Eventually I was given a $13.64 online token in compensation!
Brace me whilst I go wild.

Visited Brunswick store the ladies didn't even ask if we needed any help, my sister asked for some assistance and even the lady was rude and disrespectful. So my other sister got some bras went in the changing room and she wanted to cry because no one one helped her. So we left and we will go elsewhere where there better service with a smile and respect

The service here is really good. It surpasses, without a doubt Myer and David Jones (who you could once rely on for a good bra fitting). There are some bargain pieces or some expensive pieces but they have a great variety and the quality is a delight.

The darker skin girl working there on Fridays is really rude and made me and my boyfriend feel uncomfortable.

Sadly today I had an experience that harken back to the bad old days of Australia. I watched the three older sales woman ignore a woman wearing a hijab but when a young blond woman walked in, all three sales personal helped her with her selections. The Muslim lady had to keep asking for assistance. Sadly the muslim lady was made to feel not welcome in this store. Really sad to see, I know I will not return. Would post no stars if I could.

Excellent service & usually good value, but the company is limiting stock to smaller sizes. Curvy women need not apply.
