6The service was wonderful - I’ve never attended this beautiful boutique and haven’t shopped for lingerie post pregnancy. The items I gravitated towards didn’t have my size in stock. Stella made me feel comfortable, fitted me and presented me with various items/styles. I bought something that I wouldn’t have normally tried but love it - very comfortable and pretty! Look forward to returning! Thank you.

I didn't find anything that I really loved, but I was looking for something in a colour vs black, white or tan however I didn't receive excellent customer service. The staff member was extremely helpful, attentive and not pushy.
After receiving a negligee as a gift from my husband, I was naturally delighted & put it aside to take on an overseas trip. When covid occurred (& repeated lockdowns) I had no opportunity to wear the item until early 2021. After two or three uses, the strap simply collapsed. I returned the item to the Hawthorn store, asking for a replacement. The manager told me that she would refer the matter to head office. (She also confirmed proof of purchase & noted that the item had been bought in late 2019). Two weeks later, she informed me that it was “not a fault” & simply “wear & tear”. I asked her if she stands by her products & whether this issue should occur after minimal use, & she repeated that she had done all she could & that the company no longer stocks this line. (I’m not surprised!) What does surprise me, however, is the way Simone Pérelè treats long-standing customers. The manager could have offered to repair it (if she did not wish to issue a replacement). Instead, the company chose to skirt their legal responsibilities and offer no support to me once the sale was completed. Needless to say, Simone Pérelè has lost my patronage for good!
I was looking for matching briefs for a SP bra I purchased some time ago. I didn't have the bra, or a code or a receipt only a vague description. Maria found two pairs of matching briefs for me in another store. I was impressed. Thank you Maria.
