We wanted an engagement and wedding ring made by hand and based on other reviews Simon was our first meeting. We were prepared to meet a few others but Simon was definitely the one to make our ring. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and Simon added a few beautiful finishing touches to make the rings look very unique. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and stress free. Couldn't have been an easier journey. The final reveal over exceeded our expectations of the rings, they were just beautifully made. Simon educated us on the stone we wanted, how to clean and look after the rings and the best ring insurance to take out. Just a magical experience all round. Simon will be our go to for any other jewellery we want made.

It was immediately clear to my fiancé and I that once we had our first consultation with Simon, he stood out as extremely knowledgable, experienced, genuine, reasonable and thoughtful. Simon was able to walk us through a wide range of options, and helped us to find the perfect set of wedding rings. I had purchased my fiancé's engagement ring overseas, and Simon was kind enough to do a routine check to see if the diamonds were still in place and okay, despite it not being one of his rings. He cleaned the engagement ring and was able to help us find the perfect complimentary wedding band. We felt really well treated, looked after and were really pleased with the service.

Very disappointed. After two members of my family had jewellery made with Simon he was unable to help me with my 25th wedding anniversary ring. Too busy. Told to try again next year. Shocked that he is turning away clients.

After waiting years to have my engagement ring remodelled I was nervous and confused about what style to go with.
