Communication is horrible, randomly stopped representing me with no explanation why.
(Edit: there is a BIG difference between an unhappy customer and an abusive customer. Would of been nice to see an attempt at resolving the situation instead of being kicked to the curb)

Simon saw me at short notice, he was kind and didn't hurry me through. His reception staff are fantastic and very accommodating and he gave me the advice I needed. I will definitely recommend his services and be using him in the future.
