Don't go to the good guys and be sucked into waiting for them to stock an item! Make that extra 2metres trip down to beta electrical they got it all and actually stock the products they are trying to sell I bought a new lg dishwasher at the start of the week couldn't ask for better service

Great place to shop, help support the locals they look after you so we should look after our locals so we have somewhere local to get a great deal.

Bought a front load washing machine from Betta in Traralgon and was served by Rob who was really friendly and polite. He had really good product knowledge and helped us out with delivery and installation. Simics customer service is why I keep going back. Highly recommend.

John and the team were awesome, from showing us through the range of different products to suit OUR needs, to purchase and finally delivery these guys are the best in the Valley hands down. I’ve dealt with the other major 2 stores in Traralgon and these guys run rings around them for service and price. We’d already saved $400 in total from one of the other 2 stores before we’d even started to make a deal with John. We saved even further once we’d agreed to the deal. 5 stars guys

Just had a fantastic experience here ordered a kettle and toaster 6am Friday.by 9 30 that morning I got a call in regards to my order and they delivered it an hour later so an estimated delivery of 2-5 days was literally 4 and a half hours!

Bought a stove, They price matched to the good guys agreed to the price took down the delivery address. When several days past and no delivery I rang them and I am then told that the price didn't include delivery. So I would have been better off buying from the good guys. I will never buy from them again scammers

Helpfull and friendly staff, you also get a better deal than other stores from Betta Electrical. Didnt even have to ask for a discount he was the one who offered it to me on a discount already from the original price.

An excellent store with top staff. John very happy to share some time and they are much more friendly with excellent pricing than a competitor just a short distance up the highway. Our new go to store for whitegoods.

Not only did this shop order something in for me on Lay-by but they were SOOOO nice I ended up buying a Fit-bit watch from them as well. The store has more than i thought, well worth a look around. Friend staff. 5/5
