Customer service really needs a improvement my partner called to chase up a fridge that was purchased for her and she was hung up on. Very poor for such a big business.

Bought a screen that was scratched out of the box. Took it back and they refused to replace it or provide a refund. Will not buy from here again.

Why spend in Melbourne metropolitan when you can take a drive to the beautiful township of Sale and buy from there! With my buying experience with Betta home living, I found they were very helpful and service was pretty damn good. That was between 2 stores, so very impressed there. They answered all queries without hesitation, they listened to me and my queries and that made my transition into making a purchase breezy.

I went in there to get a chest freezer. There was only the floor stock left for the one I wanted. The guy that served me rang the traralgon (i think it was traralgon) store to see if they had any and they didn’t. I was more then happy to take the one off the floor because you normally get a good deal on it. We get to the counter and because he had already said “let’s see what we can do with the price” I had good reason to think I was going to get a good deal! The freezer was $299 and he offered me $289! I am not one to negotiate so I just accepted! If I had of known I was going to get a measly $10 off I would of waited to get a brand new one! I wanted to buy locally to keep the money in sale but I think next time I’ll just go online!
