After ordering the wrong fridge for my space at home, Rob made a really good effort to restock the wrong fridge and supplied the right fridge for a minimal restocking fee, and we were not stuck with a fridge we couldn't use.

Don’t think I will go anywhere else again for my electrical appliances. Both the girls were just fantastic especially Kellie she knew her product and was just lovely.

Excellent service when our old TV died I simply made a phone call, Kirby talked me through the options and pricing and then about 5 hours later he delivered and setup our new 65" LG.

The staff are quick to attend to customers even though I wanted to browse, they had no issue with this.
I wanted to see the items I researched online first, once I selected the item the staff helped me and are amazing and told me extra information and helped me so much.
First class service and the vacuum is absolutely amazing, better then the cleaners I have.
Highly recommend and very professional and good prices.

We are currently undergoing multiple failures of electrical appliances, but MIchele and I were very happy with the range of appliances at Betta and the friendly, helpful staff. It seems that many of the staff have personal experience in using these appliances. Now for a new TV.

I have had really mediocre Customer Service at Harvey Norman recently which included my last visit being told I had to go to Godfrey's in Sale because my carpet was obviously an issue and they refused to sell me a vacuum. Dyson Light Ball plus Upright model was switching it's turbo mode off repeatedly. (And let's not discuss the lack of knowledge and help with questions on other items).

Came to you yesterday and met a really lovely lady - she was fantastic, helpful and knew what she was talking about - an absolute pleasure!

Unfortunately, that vacuum was extremely hard to push and wasn't removing pet hair at all. I was devastated and in tears questioning how difficult I was finding a vacuum!

I contacted your store thinking I would be stuck with it or going to Sale.

But again, your Customer Service was brilliant! The gentleman I had today was just as helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about! Also helped me carry it out to my car!

And now that I have used it? Forget Dyson - I am in love! This Shark is BRILLIANT! Dog hair is gone and I'm excited to use it in my car!

Recently moved here and went to Betta to just buy a fridge. Bought fridge, microwave, vacuum and washing machine. Oops! No hard sell, just great service from Karen. She was a real people person, very busy but didn't make me feel rushed. Will definately be back there to shop. Prices were very competive too. Love my Shark vacuum and fridge. Perfect size. Haven't opened micro or wm yet, l'm sure I'll be pleased when l do.

In our town we only patronise Betta for whitegoods and AV equipment.
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly unlike the ignoramuses who live up to their nickname of hardly normal.

Very poor service from the delivery driver. Speaks rudely to the elderly. Mate if you don’t like your job better you leave. Shame on you

Recently brought a deep freezer and was very impressed with the price and the delivery within town. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with my product selection.

Went in looking for a blender, got a blender. Am happier now.
I will now always buy blenders here rather than going to the harvey norman next door.

Recently purchased a stick vacuum cleaner for our shop at Bairnsdale Camping and Outdoors. I was most impressed with the price and the service from the staff. They gave excellent advise and did not try to sell up like some other electrical stores in town. Rob even delivered the boxed good to my retail store door. I always like to shop in Bairnsdale and support other local retailers.

Better deal in store than online. Awesome price for delivery, unpacking and washing machine set up. Sally & crew were marvellous. A1******
